This is not something that is peculiar with bc.games, in majorly every platform, there is no way to change an email address you have not verified, simply because, as long as the email remains unverified, you are still a partial user and is limited to several services offered by the casino.

What you have to do is simply signup another account with the correct email address, you should have any issue with this, except for the username which they might tell you is already in existence, all you have to do to fix that is to twerk your username a bit, for it to look a bit different from what the system already registered as tour username.

Their casino there rules, I experience a similar challenge earlier today when I sign up at one new casino, I used the email option during registration but when I wanted to make a deposit and claim the welcome bonus, I was asked for a phone number, and by then I did not register with a phone number and when I try to update my phone number on the user profile edit page, it didn't works.

So I had to abandon the account and created a new one using my phone number instead of the email option, we need to be very careful when creating accounts on casinos because not all information can be changed after registration.

Why don't you register again with YOUR email? As I get it, you wrote the wrong mail during registration and you made a typo, so just forget about it... write to support to close that account, and simply create a new one, with accurate mail this time and you will be able to verify it. I don't see any big reason for drama and big red letters.

I can't find any reason why would someone create a drama first about a casino instead of checking his account first. I think he just don't want to be accountable and just complain about everything. I just checked his profile and I most of his post is about doing accusation on casino and not paying him. I think he's just trying to pull some money out of the casino. The red font color is surely a catchy color, I easily noticed it LOL.

The ops may just be a troll that is going after casinos' reputations and since he has a history of false accusations against the same casino in the past it then shows that he mark this comment with red just to give a false alert against  BC. First, I do not know the trust rating you are taking about, as the op you are referring to, doesn't have any trust rating yet on his account,  so I am wondering where or how you know or knew he or she has a reputation of posting false accusations against casinos..

The above aside though, I agree with you on the fact that accusations without proper evidences should be completely ignored, but from what was posted, that is not an accusation against bc.game, it's just an operational misunderstanding on the path of the  referred op.

It's true what you said, I also saw his post about problems with BC.Game, which he stated since December 7, 2022, and from several posts he said he lost some money and now he is having problems with the email he uses.
I don't know if the problem actually happened or it was just drama like you said.
After all there is no clarity about the problems he had so we might hesitate to believe it.
I also noticed he's been registered on the forum since 2019 but it seems if you look at some of the posts he's not very active on the forum.

Sending more documents won't help you to get your winnings as they have voided your bets. There are several rules in their sports terms for voiding the bets. BTW, betting site returns the deposited fund in such situation. Didn't they refund your deposited funds?

You may create a Scam Accusation against them here in the forum. But submitting a complaint in Askgamblers will be better in that case. Betting site doesn't share the sensitive details in a public forum, but they will do that in the mediation center.
