Be careful with this one. They claim to be licensed, but they are not. They have one of those phony Curacao licenses. Who awarded the license? No one knows. How can you contact the regulator? Answer: You can't.
A little digging shows they are breaking the law in multiple countries by offering illegal gambling services. For my country in particular you need to be registered, fully licensed and comply with certain regulations. They aren't even close to being legal.
They can screw you over at any point, and there is nothing you can do about it. They've stolen a five figure sum from me, so be warned!

They don't give my bonus, they don't deposit it The site is bc, how does it organize the competition, but it does not give the prize and the winner - It's fine to make an allegation on something as long as you have enough evidence to prove what you say, mate, but if it's just verbal without any proof, it will appear that you are the bad one and what you say is wrong. The third party games, I can't be sure, but I'm not being salty because I lost money on your platform. I have a different payment related issue. I was looking to get the regulator involved, because I'm confident they would facilitate me in getting what I'm owed. However, I've recently discovered that the curacao license you hold does not deal with player disputes. To offer gambling services to citizens of my country, it is a legal requirement to be licensed by a reputable company (Not fucking Curacao). One that would handle player disputes as a minimum. My country should by law be geo-blocked by your platform, so you might see where the confusion comes from. If I'm able to play on your site and it claims to be licensed, I have certain expectations. It's my fault for not reading up on the type of license you actually hold. I'm just here to warn others that your license doesn't really offer anything for the players, so take it with a pinch of salt. Also if you run into a problem BC customer support may just ignore your issue completely. Two months and not a single response to the issue I raised. I've been completely ghosted, which is not acceptable. At this point, I think it's pretty safe to say I've been scammed out of a five figure sum. |

I think we already had multiple casinos on this forum that were licensed (under Curacoa) that ran away with peoples money. Also asking all players KYC verification, doesn't make a casino reputable, why would that be the case? It is a fact that more and more casinos ask KYC but that is another discussion. |

Try to contact the OP of this topic, he can maybe also help you with your problem. I'm guessing that it's about the price/reward on every win, It didn't matched according to the multiplier. This could be a big issue if proven right even if the betting size is quite low. Maybe Arshia(Scam accuser) think about fairness. I also think that $.05 is a low bet and not to spend time on but imagine those who where on the same case with her and haven't noticed the issue he is having. This casino should honor the inquiries of their customer no matter how low the bet are. They are still customer who wants fair and equal rights with other gamblers. We hope that this wouldn't escalate on a big problem with this casino since I think that the "main problem" is big enough. |

Can you explain what exactly is the problem as I browsed to all your documents but don't understand the problem? Your bet size is quite low (0.05$) so not really sure what the fuzz about it is?

Maybe this is where he involved at on why he is being asked to verify his identity just for the site to ensure that he is clean and aren't involved in other same abusive acts in the past. His bets are low but it does not matter. Low bets are still not exempted to verifications as long as the problem isn't about exceeding the betting limits. The OP isn't that active so I am afraid that his queries might take time to be seen (if he only posted it here) but he can try pinging the team in other platforms like for example on telegram or on twitter. Maybe they are much active there than compared to this forum. |

The gambling service providers are being pressured into following rigid guidelines on how they conduct their business, whether online or offline, does not really matter. If anything, online can become a bigger legal mess due to the fact that some countries have different regulations and one cannot just offer them services that they are not allowed to buy. Its the regulators and the governments which is to blame here. Just send an short message explaining the entire situation and wait for the reply. Bothering the team on Twitter or some other platform only slows down the work and confuses people. |

I know that the casinos need to help all costumers (even with low bet sizes) but I don't see where the manipulation of the bets is showing in all the screenshots posted. Probably need to take a look more close but it didn't see anything wrong at first glance. If there would really be something wrong with this, I think a lot more reports of this should have been posted here also... |
