I think i agree with you, even before giving a casino an operational license, that casino is supposed to be investigated by the licensing body or authority to ascertain how legitimate they are before issuing a license to them.

Also asking all players KYC verification, doesn't make a casino reputable, why would that be the case? It is a fact that more and more casinos ask KYC but that is another discussion.

Yeah, that gamblers are required or requested to pass kyc is not an indication that the casino is real or reputable, but right now, i am just thinking, if a casino is licensed under Curacoa, and such casino suddenly disappears with money belonging to players on the casino, does it mean Curacoa cant be held to provide the identity and possible where about of the people that ran/own the casino?
If this cant be done, what then is the real essence of them being a licensing company?

Maybe Arshia(Scam accuser) think about fairness. I also think that $.05 is a low bet and not to spend time on but imagine those who where on the same case with her and haven't noticed the issue he is having. This casino should honor the inquiries of their customer no matter how low the bet are. They are still customer who wants fair and equal rights with other gamblers. We hope that this wouldn't escalate on a big problem with this casino since I think that the "main problem" is big enough.

I think that is quite correct and rightly so. The gambling service providers are being pressured into following rigid guidelines on how they conduct their business, whether online or offline, does not really matter. If anything, online can become a bigger legal mess due to the fact that some countries have different regulations and one cannot just offer them services that they are not allowed to buy.

Its the regulators and the governments which is to blame here. Just send an short message explaining the entire situation and wait for the reply. Bothering the team on Twitter or some other platform only slows down the work and confuses people.
