No worries mate, quite often every gambling site used to experience some issues with the transaction. If it is a legitimate service provider, surely you'll get your funds shortly. 7500$ is quite huge amount money and it's normal a casino would investigate or take more time than usual to make sure there's no bug, cheat or money laundry.

I don't know for how long you are playing there, your level... how many deposits did you made (let's say you made some deposit, that was probably all in! This is serious because there is a loss of life involve but you should present details of your case and you should create it in the scam section, by presenting all the details, the admin of BC.GAME will have a chance to answer all the accusations in the right venue, some players are defending the reputation of BC.GAME which is expected because they are really paying they do not have a bad reputation yet, do the right thing open an accusation in the right venue.
