Just curious why the support team doesn't let me withdraw profit that I builded with promo codes. They asked to make me a new deposit and rollover the deposit x times then I will be allowed to withdraw.

Do some more research before saying these kind of accusations. They have always paid the players even the ones who haven't deposited yet. And yes, I received already multiple payments before I have deposited anything to the site. The chances that you will the 1 BTC is close to impossible but that's quite logic, it is a free wheel after all.

Have you contacted @BC.GAME, to solve your problem, or have you sent gmail to them, try to do that first.

Well, I didn't have similar problems... to be honest! I always have many deposits and withdraws, with wagering I get to some levels, and I don't have problems with withdraws in general! I am not sure is there something in ToS about this matter (I rarely read it), can you withdraw without deposit, is there some minimum wager for that...  if there's something in ToS about it, then weird or not you have to follow the rules... do the math how much you need to deposit and how much you need to wager to unlock your balance, if math is on your side do it, if not then there's no point in going against the ToS!

No I haven't deposited any XLM on BC.GAME but I have made BTC and TRX deposit on the site earlier.

The thing is, we being on the user side cannot determine if that particular user who accused BC.GAME was at fault or not.
BC.GAME is a popular and reputed gambling site and if they have blocked the user then there must be some kind of abuse that that user must have done.
Anyway, we cannot tell what the actual truth is since we don't have access to the internals of BC.GAME.
