Now if he wants to play more, he will again has to deposit the trx in the bc.game site. If i was at his side, i would have cash out half the money and still kept the half to play more gambling games.

Since there's no point in using the profits as a withdrawal fee you can choose to gamble more to get more profits and then withdraw.
