Come on my friend, back your story up with some proofs (screenshots,...) otherwise nobody will believe you. They are legit and paying (already received some payments). They have an ongoing Christmas contest and I don't see any reason to believe its fake. Yes, some high rollers are dominating it but that is the same on all sites.

I would like to quote my self here. He already created a scam accusations and BC game replied there. But, look like OP is not satisfied with their explanations. Also there are a few question raised by others.

Two Unresolved Scam Accusation Against them. And they don't feel that they should solve them.

(Scam) bc game closed my account with 115+ referrals without giving any warning

But, BC Games said they think they are done with it and they don't think they should answer anymore.

I see there is a lot of comments regarding the player that had their account locked due to bonus abuse. We have considered this a closed topic as we explained in s much detail as legally possible on the scam accusation thread. Please refer to it for details. It is a very clear case of bonus abuse and there is no need to continue on with the matter.

I guess there's something wrong on BC.GAME website which has created an issue where min and max bet functionality isn't working correctly.
Earlier when I used to click on max bet it used to get the maximum amount I had in my account for the game.
Now it displays the maximum amount applicable for that particular bet even though I don't have that much amount in my account.
This is quite annoying since I have to manually enter the maximum and minimum amount.
I even tried to report this issue on the site but the live support isn't working as well.

I didn't have similar problems... but I guess anything can happen! Yesterday was a day off for many people around the world, one casino even send a notification that support will not work and that people should write an email to them! So maybe it's just that, a day off! You should try again!

I guess I was wrong. There were indeed no such issue from the site. I was getting the maximum amount because I had no SHIB in my account.
So whenever we have 0 particular coin and if we click on max then it displays the maximum amount applicable for that bet and not 0.

I tried the live support but for some reason it is not working on mozilla firefox on my system.
The same is working fine on Chrome though.

It is not serious to make accusations without showing any evidence.
BC.GAMES has been on the market for quite a long time and has good reputation.
If you have lose money, I understand that you are disappointed and frustrated. However, in order to accuse someone, evidence must be presented. If you don't, you will just be ignored and you will lose trust in the future yourself.

It is not easy to build a reputation here. Especially for a casino. And every casino cares about its reputation here. So without any proof or evidence, your accusation is useless. I saw a few scams accusation against BC games. I already quit gambling from the BC game. Look like your accusation about game fairness. I played BC games for a long time. Based on my experience, I can say their games are fair enough. Still, if you want to prove your claims. I would like to ask you to create scam accusations and provide all the information that you have. And also, I would like to request to not blame casinos without evidence. It can ruin their reputation. Thank you.

Yes, it was indeed a browser related issue which was blocking the pop ups on my system.
Due to this the live chat feature wasn't working.

Thanks for your input naim027. I completely agree. It's understandable that sometimes people get mad and look for someone or something to blame. They seem to miss the point of provably fair games though. If there is ever any doubt, each round can be verified. It is actually impossible to change any game results without being detected.

But there are also a lot of scammers, people who just want to take advantage of some of the benefits provided by the casino ... honestly, I wasn't sure about Juwel's story a couple of months ago, I read it again and I'm still not sure he's completely correct and that he didn't try to mess something with bonus money! In the end, bc.game replied to this accusation and I don't think they will withdraw their decision, they are probably pretty sure they did the right thing!
