They don't give my bonus, they don't deposit it The site is bc, how does it organize the competition, but it does not give the prize and the winner

He was active in Gosu chat on Telegram before, now he is probably active in the BC.game official group. "I Am Chris // (Only My Impersonators Ask For Money. Don’t Send.)" is/was his nick.

To be honest, I don't understand how you got excluded, and for what reasons, on the site and their social media channels! Did you try to contact support, you can share a conversation with them... together with other important stuff, like what really happened! Full story, not like this...

I bet under 15.5 and under 16 asian line shots on target in Brasil - South Korea match and they settled it incorrectly as LOST and REFUND respectively claiming there were 16 shots when ALL sources, even FIFA that they use, clearly state there were 15 shots in total in the match.
They don't reply on live support chat and refuse to resettle the tickets as WON.

CLEAR SCAM, stay away! I am going to post warnings about them in all forums unless they resettle my tickets.

I bet under 15.5 and under 16 asian line shots on target in Brasil - South Korea match and they settled it incorrectly as LOST and REFUND respectively claiming there were 16 shots when ALL sources, even FIFA that they use, clearly state there were 15 shots in total in the match.
They don't reply on live support chat and refuse to resettle the tickets as WON.

Shoot first, ask questions later! I think there wasn't a need for such harsh words, accusations, and threats! Surely there's a better way to draw attention to the irregularity and possible error of the casino, and BC already responded in another thread, they will fix it probably, they just need more time. Patience is a virtue, or it should be...

I am sure you contacted support Ptolemy, what did they say? I am curious, support sucks almost everywhere, underpaid people without basic knowledge about gambling, and what the word "support" means. In my experience, it's better to send mail and contact admins directly, support agents can be really annoying.

You are correct with the first, but not with the later, patience is a indeed a virtue, and not that it should be, patience is a rare gift which I personally believe everybody has but unfortunately, only a very limited number of persons exercise it in time it's needed..
And one of the reasons is that majorly, every body are so in a hurry to get things done forgetting that sometimes, holding up for a moment at a certain point in time is a must.

According to the topic he started in the gambling main board, he said he contacted support and for 2 days, he did not get any reply or answer from them, I believe that what angered and motivated him to bring this accusation public.
Though BC have also given their reason why answering the ticket is taking so much time, all I can advice him to do now Is to be patient and wait for his issue to be addressed appropriately, there is no longer any need for the whole scam name calling.

Be careful with this one. They claim to be licensed, but they are not. They have one of those phony Curacao licenses. Who awarded the license? No one knows. How can you contact the regulator? Answer: You can't.

A little digging shows they are breaking the law in multiple countries by offering illegal gambling services. For my country in particular you need to be registered, fully licensed and comply with certain regulations. They aren't even close to being legal.

They can screw you over at any point, and there is nothing you can do about it. They've stolen a five figure sum from me, so be warned!

I would also like to know more about this. I know a lot of casinos check their stats on different sites and there can be variation between it (have had the same issue with other casinos in the past) and it can be difficult to rectify it. I would contact the OP of this topic and ask for more details.

The statistics must be the same regardless of the source, what must vary from one casino to another are the probabilities, but for example the stats; shots on target, possession, fouls, yellow cards, red cards, corners.

Then, It stats are always the same, it does not matter if the source of these statistics is China, Japanese, Moroccan, Fifa, etc. Whichever source! they are the same in the result for the purposes of the bet made in any casino/sportsbook.

I also had a 'shots on target' bet settled as a Refund. Actually, it was initially settled as a 'Win', but then they took back my money and re-settled it as a loss.

I kind of expected it though, because I noticed their system was lagging behind the TV stream. So I bet on an outcome that was already a winner. Are you sure you didn't do something similar?

I didn't say that. Even persons would a low vip level can win a nice prize on the wheel but if you have a higher vip level, the prizes on the wheel are a lot higher! Since the new version, I have only won locked BCD, but before I won a couple of times 50 DOGE, 1 XLM, ...

I also can vouch that with the new version something in method of assigning wheel reward has definitely changed : I have a very low level there and now I always only get  locked 0.01 BCD meanwhile in the past I was getting everyday a random differnt prize.
