Many newbies created threads like that and it would have better they used it as comment in the announcement thread. They have had multiple issues recently which they are actively resolving one by one with the help of their representative and holydarkness. All issues involves support can’t handle the issue on the website.

That is the problem wherein @OP won a significant amount but due to some issues, they come up here as on this thread without waiting for resolution.  In this case, the first line of handling the customer was aloof which might have triggered his reply.

I think they might help you recover your funds immediately since your bet is indeed won.
How did you reach this conclusion? I know users here who actively discuss these issues through back channels. It seems unlikely that you have been part of this journey. If you are connected with the team that handles these matters, it would be helpful if you could provide a solution to the issue.

I have it in my plate and will soon shove it to my contact's plate, only waiting for the player to inform me their UID so BC can get to their account easier.

Currently, I am trying to get this user away from commiting account-suicide --his snappy response aside, as I don't take it pesonally-- by having to try to get someone from compliance to take a look into the KYC and talk them to see it as a joke, innocent mistake, and/or a frustrated expression instead of blatant attempt to breach several clauses on their ToS.

I'll bring stper's case to my contact after I get his UID. For the time being, I'll really appreciate if we can move discussion about his case to his thread and keep this ANN free from any other details and question about it because [as always] it'll be harder to track two threads simultaneously for a case, especially when a detail was only given to one thread and not the other, while the other thread have a yet another important key fact.

As usual, my BC contacts are on slow-mode due to the weekend.

I think that the user base that bets on sports is replenished largely due to the cool contests that are held on behalf of this casino. People may not understand football at all, for example, but simply guessing the number of goals or the minute at which the first goal will be scored does not require special knowledge of sports. Moreover, the advantage of such contests is that you do not need to make initial bets to participate in them. That is, anyone can take part. And this awakens interest in BC.game among new people.

In my opinion, the creation of the thread in "Scam Accusation" was already OK (even if it was less a scam accusation than a request for help in the forum).

If you post something like this here in the Accouncement thread, for example, it gets lost relatively quickly, as there are usually a few messages per day and the BC.Game account or other people who like to help (and are very good at it) like holydarkness read over the messages. This is much more difficult to happen in a separate thread, even if I have to agree with you and the Scam Accusations section doesn't fit 100%.
Unfortunately, we don't have a "I need support with a casino, who can help me" area here, so the SA area is simply the most obvious one.

Basically, I wouldn't mind to poke my contact for cases that's written here and better fit to be labelled as "complaint" than "scam accusation", and yes, I agree that at times, simple complaints are better and more "on-topic" to be posted here as it's just a request for a help rather than really accusing the casino for a scam attempt.

And people can rest assured that once it comes to my radar, the likelihood of it being forgotten as it got drowned by other posts will be near zero [with exception that I forgot to write the entry in the first place or it got accidentally crossed as it's sandwiched between two crossed entries], as I wrote everything in my notebook once it comes to my awareness and I update every step of the development of the case in a to-do list style, like:

The problem with having these complaints on ANN rather than scam accusations is, ironically, exactly that: making sure it fall under my radar. I roam the scam accusations thread on daily basis and try to monitor other boards like repu or couple other casinos' ANN thread when I have some time to spare, but usually I am rather swamped that I might miss a case complaint or two.

This is why I will very appreciate if people mentioned me and bring things that was raised on ANN threads that has a high chance of being missed by me [mentioning me for a case that's posted on scam accusations is --TBH-- a bit pointless as I roam around it on daily basis and new complaints are bound to be read by me sooner or later].

That, and the fact that I don't think I can add a "complaint" to my list if it's not in scam accusations board, so suppose the user wanted their case to be displayed there, they have to have it on scam accusations.

You also said well, creating a thread for such allegation or issue, it is an another means of calling for attention of the representatives and the forum users who can help from one way or the other  which albon did but even at that if the attention of the representatives are not call in that thread, they might not know that such thread does exist unless some inform them like albon did.  So if anyone is creating thread on such magnitude, it is better for the Op of that thread to reach out to he announcement thread and brought the link of the allegation thread to the ANN thread because probably he might not give a full details in the announcement thread.
And it is not good to create a request thread in the scam accusation board. That is why in most cases it is good to comment on the ANN thread and there is no way users will not respond to that question. And in that discussion the comments will not lost in the thread but will reach the present of the representatives of they are active. And if they are active and they ah e not replied, he can pm them about the development.

Thanks for the explanation and, as I said, I think it's great that you always take care of the cases here and help people to solve the problem!

It's also interesting to see how you go about it and track the respective cases.

I agree with you, it's simply about making the OP's concerns more visible, which is why people will open a new thread if they post here and don't get an answer relatively quickly. However, I still think it's excessive to open a separate “Casino Support” section here in the forum, even if such concerns are best dealt with there.

Definitely! Without holydarkness's help many cases would most likely still be unsolved in this forum, and I mean about all the casino sites obviously. Sure I am not a fan of BC's support and so on but I always got my money from the site, without any problem and often enough within seconds. This is why it’s important to play on casino that has active support here since you can have second chance to review your case that was initially marked as solved even though the decision is not in favor to you.
It is good if you have it but as a company, they will have similar approach like trying to expose their brand to different platforms. After attracting new users, after a while, they will leave those platforms and focus to their most favorite ones for active marketing and interaction with community.

This approach from all companies mean that as users, we have to mainly contact them for support directly on their company platform and their official contact channels. Other places like Bitcointalk or any forum or social media is only alternatives, but never are main ones for customer support.

I agree with you that if a casino, for example in Bitcointalk can have an active representative, it can be helpful, but if they don't have an active representative here, you can contact support in their website, through chat, email, support ticket.
