It all comes down to reputation, and I think that when a site is already quite large, it is unlikely to delay payments unless there are some issues related to withdrawals.
Sometimes, by looking at examples of some complaints, there are always some issues where they cross the line, such as problems with KYC or using things like VPNs that cause obstacles due to violations of the established Terms of Service. Another possibility is that some systems are experiencing issues like errors or the like, so I don’t think we can immediately accuse a website (not just BC.Game) if we can’t withdraw the money we want to because we need to identify the root of the problem—whether we intentionally or unintentionally violated certain terms or if the issue stems from errors on the site.

A reputable site wouldn’t face complex issues over minor problems, so I think this situation should be analyzed from multiple angles before drawing conclusions.

Really don't understand what going on here. Also that person has successfully did KYC on other casinos with same documents, so why can't he be accepted on this casino ?

It becomes usual for bcgame to be in such disputes about verifications. Support is not responding and kyc docs rejected then contact is blocked. Some of them succeeded to resolve the problem in btt forum but we don't know how many of them since there are some other unsolved cases.

It’s very hard to conclude immediately since some player that truly commit violation might use this opportunity to stir the BC reputation by providing accusations with engineered evidence.

I’m not saying that we shouldn’t believe rather let’s wait for the representative to step in here before we jump in to conclusion.

They have active signature campaign here which means they monitor the forum discreetly.

Yes i can admit that they do really care about bitcointalk community, but i can't ignore the strange behavior of those official representatives in monitoring some cases. In some cases, they come and solve the issue without a lot of drama. While in some other cases, some users had to contact them via HD who hasn't any official status in bcgame team.

Simple to notice how many accusations all related to Kyc procedures which made us think that employees in bcgame don't really care about doing their tasks professionally. And the last big one about someone who even filled lawsuits against the company claiming to be scammed of $1.5 million.

UPDATE: After I wrote off BC.game as a scam and threw away my balance since they blocked my withdrawal, BC game have now changed my verification status to approved (without any further nudging from me.....)

This also means that my initial verification submission was perfectly fine and wrongly blocked since I haven't resubmitted anything...........

Did they just delay my withdrawal to encourage me to throw away the balance..............................................
I believe they never try to delay it. They just solved it now after they got enough investigation.
There is no value to delay your withdraw, they must be very aware that it only brings a problem. If there is no something suspicious with your verification, it should easily be accepted. Anyway, the status is approved already, you must stop complaining now.  Wink

I appreciate the support and I should have been more patient. Live chat told me there was no chance of manually reviewing or reversing the verification. I guess my punishment is the balance I threw away.
Next time, you don't only focus on the live chat. Just try other ways! And be more patient.  Smiley

You are absolutely right, humans and not perfect and the system too is not perfect, both are prone to making certain mistakes or sometimes, certain type of errors might or may just show up without any form of warning, most especially as it concerns the system, this is why it's very important to not immediately take sides when ever any user is reporting any issue with a casino.

Like you said, issue may be from the users side as he or she may have violated one or more of that casinos terms and conditions constituting to the issue, the user him of herself may also at that same time try to conceal their own mistakes or misdeeds and put everything on that casino, and this is the area where proper investigation to find out what really happened is very necessary.
But still, casinos should try to get more involved with their community, when ever any user comes up with any type of issue, the casino management should wait until the community beg them to respond before they send a delegate to respond and treat the issue, this type of attitude is unprofessional and not a good way to run a business.

Just learned this morning here that a withdrawal request here in BC.Game requires both Basic and Advanced Verification. If I remember correctly, only basic verification was needed before, as I was able to withdraw fiat back then. But earlier, when I initiated a withdrawal, the amount was refunded, and my withdrawal for fiat and crypto got suspended, and I was told to contact support.

A bit hassle for me since it's just a $50 USDT withdrawal. The starting balance came from their free BCD offer that I received through my email. I received $10 worth of BCD, and it requires 30x turnover. Imagine how long it would take to finish that with only $10 BCD as a starting balance. Well, free money after all, so I decided to waste my time. Sweet Bonanza 1000 - Bet Php 3.75, 6.25, 8.50 - 1000x Auto Quick Spin. Damn, scatter is raining, and even on a normal spin, the rewards are awesome, which I'm sure I would never have experienced if I were betting with my own deposit money. Smiley

Moving forward, I reached the turnover required after over 3 hours of auto spin and successfully claimed the $10 BCD as a real balance. Now playing with real balance for another 2 hours, I managed to reach $100 and decided to swap it on USDT and withdraw it. But rejected. After completing the Advanced Verification, which is really tough for me as I don't own any active statement docs within the last 3 months and our utilities and bills weren't named by me, the withdrawal is still suspended. The support told me that my issue was already escalated to the right team.

Got a bit sad since I worked for it for many hours, then no smooth withdrawal for me. Yeah, came from a free bonus, but effort is effort. I decided to take a nap to rest a bit, and after 2 hours, the withdrawal is now smooth.

Lesson: Don't get mad right away towards CS or the site itself after reporting an issue. Give them time to work on our issue. (But seriously, I'm not that kind of customer Cheesy)

Have they marked your verification as successful? Maybe they are taking time to verify your documents from their side. Anyway, the advanced level KYC verification was always there. That's not a new thing. I can see that you are already aware of the fact that such issues take time to solve. You have just shared your situation here, not complaining about anything yet. Still, don't be surprised if they mark your verification as failed after taking some time. Your address verification documents could be the reason there.

As gamblers, especially those who are still on the same site, we will certainly remain neutral and will not justify other sites/gamblers who make complaints before the issues are proven, because this is really just a matter of communication. If there is a complaint, communication for resolution must be carried out so that everything continues to run smoothly.

If the error is caused by the system, the site administrators clearly know what to do. However, if the issue stems from the player, we cannot support the complaint, as that would be unfair to the site.

At BC.game, there is no swap feature for local currencies; it only applies to cryptocurrencies again—so if you deposit local currency, that is all you can withdraw.

But if you deposit other cryptocurrencies, it will be easy to swap them for other coins.
And I don't think there is any other alternative for swapping PHP for other tokens.

None of the crypto casinos support Fiat to Crypto exchange directly on their platform. Some casinos allow the users to buy crypto through a 3rd party service and get the deposit directly on their casino account. BCgame has the "Buy Crypto" option as well. They are using 'Onramper' to provide this service to the users.

Still, BCgame has an option for users to withdraw their fiat deposited balance in USDT. In that case, your account need to be KYC verified and your VIP rank need to be 56 at least.

Any amount, you are required to undergo KYC and need to be at least rank 56? Seems like a little bit requirement for changing your fiat to USDT but valid reason. Since they are using 3rd party service, I'm pretty sure that there's a service fee and if you really don't need crypto I think it's better to stay in fiat, I haven't used this feature yet since I experience like this in other gambling site and I tried to convert my fiat to crypto and the charge is really expensive so it's either I'll just play in crypto or stay in fiat.

After completing the Advanced Verification, which is really tough for me as I don't own any active statement docs within the last 3 months and our utilities and bills weren't named by me, the withdrawal is still suspended. The support told me that my issue was already escalated to the right team.
Have they marked your verification as successful? Maybe they are taking time to verify your documents from their side. Anyway, the advanced level KYC verification was always there. That's not a new thing. I can see that you are already aware of the fact that such issues take time to solve. You have just shared your situation here, not complaining about anything yet. Still, don't be surprised if they mark your verification as failed after taking some time. Your address verification documents could be the reason there.

I support your expression. It is good to use the currency the gambler deposited to the casino because as you said to convert is costly but it is good for casinos to have conversion free process so that gamblers would not have to spent extra money. I believed B.C game was doing that free before and some other casinos were doing it too.
The gambler can use the default currency. The most important thing in any casino is the smooth deposit (fast) and the smooth withdrawing. And once these are okay they win the public trust.
