The absence of Suresh Raina is being felt in middle order batting, especially since Dhoni's strike rate has gone down. But they got such a good start in the first match, before going down in the next two. They need to move Sam Curran and Ravindra Jadeja up the order. Also, they need to drop Kedar Jadhav and need to include Imran Tahir in the place of Piyush Chawla. I don't understand why Tahir is not being selected. He's one of the best T20 bowlers.

The CSK selectors and the team management is finding it hard to find the right combination of players, they have good attacking players and Bravo did not even get a chance to bat and Sam Curran is getting a few balls every match and he proved that he has the ability to be a perfect all rounder who could smash the ball to the boundary and he needs to come to the crease early while chasing rather than wasting balls and this is their third defeat in a row and that too the exact same way, failing to chase a score.

Next match against KXIP on Sunday is going to be very cruicial for CSK because this will decide they can stand in for this year's play off's or no if they win then surely its going to be very exciting otherwise its going to be big damage for them and hopefully now they will learn from their mistakes and will try to improve against KXIP in next match.

If I am not wrong CSK's most losing streak is 5 in a row but still they made into the playoffs every year but this year the things could be different when the tournament gets progress.As I said the CSK need to rearrange the batting order from the last playing men squad to get the better combination of them.

Dhoni is struggling in his batting these days. Although he made 47 but it took him 37 deliveries which is quite high if we compare it with his pervious performances. The upper batting order failed again yesterday and most of the runs were make by Dhoni and Jadeja (who made a half century and then got out immediately).

Chennai Super Kings have won only one match out of the four matches they played. Another loss would make them out of the playoffs. This season of IPL is a disappointment for them.

I too accept that Dhoni was in the ground for the longest time and the weather conditions are not favorable either as it is really hot and humid, the problem with CSK is that they need to change the batting order completely, Shane Watson is struggling and he is not bowling either, they need to add Imran Tahir in the team and promote Sam Curran to open the batting as he is a clean striker of the ball and then need to promote Ravindra Jadeja according to the match situation, their fielding and catching are not up to par and they need to fix those to be competitive.

Watto is struggling in this season but he is a world class player and can win matches from no where so he should not be eliminated in my opinion.Adding Imran Tahir won't bring any changes because this is not Chepauk where spinners can play vital role in CSK's innings but here they found the right 6 men bowling squad to be honest.Rayudu failed as well again but he is clearly a hope for CSK.Better go with the current squad for the future matches as well because today they get too closer to the total but can't able to chase it by a thin line.

Players need to take responsibility while playing, just play like a champion because you are always been a champion side.

They need to play with more responsibility especially in the  batting department.  They could have easily won the match against Hyderabad as the target was only 164 runs. If they had  wickets in hand, they could have won it easily but unfortunately they lost by 10 runs margin only.

Yesterday's match was a disaster for CSK. As a fielding side your job is to catch balls and not drop it, pathet fielding byJadeja and Shardul. Three consecutive loss in this IPL for CSK they need to re think their strategy now.

There is a major difference, the pitch is on the slower side and the boundary length is really huge in Dubai and Abu Dhabi than Chepauk and if you saw the matches the spinners were having an advantage in this IPL and they will play an important role and the pitch will deteriorate as the series moves forward, miss hits will not go over the rope in these two stadiums and it will land in the hands of deep fielders but the situation in Sharjah is different as the ground is small compared to the other two grounds.

Understand the ground conditions and the boundary length and the match situation is really important for every team to win. You cannot expect to hit boundaries in big grounds and chase a run rate over 15 runs. CSK tried that and failed two times and if they expect the same the third time who is to be blamed.

Yeah they badly need some young batsmen, they do have some young players in bowling department tho(Sam Curran, Chahar, Jadeja, Lungi Ngidi) But so far their bowling is not clicking like it used to be in the past. I think change of venue played a big part in their latest downtrend too, CSK was almost unbeatable in Chennai, not here but its good for the tournament. One of the main reason we have fair amount of upsets and close encounter in the this season.

In the end i would say let's pray for senior citizens.

Lost all my bets on Chennai except for the first one. May it be 200+ runs or less, they failed to chase down runs and inspite of the last match needing less runs to win, they lost it by 7 runs. Won't be placing a bet on them now unless they choose to bat first. This IPL looks good because we already had super overs from the start and teams making 200+ runs. Hope it continues now. Bet on RCB today and they seem to be winning this match if everything goes well.

Its lucky day for you, RCB won the match quite comfortably and the man of class is back in form, Virat scored 70+ and goes not out which is really very good thing for the RCB fans and the another match is between DC and KKR, DC started their innings very well and going at a rate of 10 runs per over without losing any wicket.

After watching RR batting today I felt that they forgot they were playing a T20 match. The way each batsman of RR struggled today to hit the boundaries I sincerely felt that RCB bowlers did their job perfectly. Virat Kohli was in his original form today, he himself scored half of the target. Devdutt Padikkal was on fire, brilliant batting by the youngster, he became the only player in IPL to score three fifties in his first 4 games. I believe he will get selected easily for the Indian team if he keeps performing like this.

Did you guys have watched the Points Table after the post match of RRvsRCB? RCB arrived at the top position, where 158 not a decent total but their combined effort here's the make difference. This year's IPL is quite exciting, RCB plays some outstanding knocks alongside great efforts from the bowlers.

Every year RCB plays well in group stage .But when they goes to playoffs they play very bad .I am a RCB fan since 2009 but never watched them winning IPL, Hope they will win IPL this year.

I think only the people from Pakistan may be more interested in this tournament but its worth mentioning here because i do not see any discussion on it yet.

Its very early to predict that that top 4 teams will be decided on the basis of run rate. I hope the playoff teams are decided by the match points. I always feel that qualifying on the basis of run rate is not fair for a team who loses to qualify. After all they had won the equal number of matches and it is just their bad luck if the run rate is little low.
