The new UAE T20 cricket league has contacted a few Pakistani cricketers to be part of the franchise. But, PCB is not willing to let their cricketers and those playing in PSL to be a part of this proffesional league. I found this article. I am not certain if this source is correct. As per my understanding PCB, what I think is giving excuses. Why PCB is not granting an NOC? This might create a situation similar to WICB faced in the past. Do you guys think so? I might be wrong! So excuse me, if I am wrong.

It's possible but may be wait for couple of more weeks for more clarity as things are moving very quickly. Having said that i would say every cricket board have right to safeguard their interest so we can't blame anyone. One thing is for sure, this space is going to be very interesting and fun to watch.

Ireland has been playing brilliantly for the past few days. They are able to build resistance against any big team. Ireland won the T20 match against Afghanistan by 7 wickets. I think if they can grow a little more confidence then their position in T20 will be upgraded. Above all, their cricket has improved strongly.

I disagree. They are receiving almost $5 million per year from the ICC now (still lower than $12 million per year allotted to Zimbabwe). They need to justify this greater allocation, by winning matches against top teams. And after their series win against West Indies many months ago, I don't think that Ireland has anything to show on this regard. Their win against Afghanistan may boost their morale. But let's also remember the fact that Afghanistan is also receiving the same fund allocation from the ICC. 

I really don't think that five million dollars are something that is enough for a cricket board to get every year. That money is obviously going to mean nothing if they are not able to get enough matches to play for them to gain relevant experience. The bigger teams are likely to give Ireland chances to play against them.

It is also understandable why they don't want to give them too many chances. That's because the matches are almost always going to be one-sided. Ireland has shown some impressive performances against India recently. But they were not able to win. Afghanistan is in a lot of trouble right now. Maybe they will be able to prevail against Afghanistan. But don't expect it to be a series win.

Every thing is possible with everyone have his mind and he can choose best for him but here most chances no player will go against PCB decision specially players those having PSL contracts because they are increasing salaries every year and many players having good future they understand if they will be gone against this decision their career could be ruined, and they can't live like West Indian players because here situation is completely different.

Still, possible for very few players those have no bright future with PCB they can go against them but still these could be very few because now things are going to be change, and we can expect positive development in PSL in future which is surely going to be good for players and PCB both.

When Pakistan was in trouble, no one seemed to care. Now  Pakistan is trying to be independent and do things in their way. So I think the players should understand that it will be better if they listen to what the Pakistan cricket board tells them. It will be in the best interest of the players to not create any problems with the Pakistan cricket board, at least not right now. I think every Cricket board has the authority and should have the authority to not let the players go to play another league in another country.

Yes, if there is a national game at that time, then it is natural for the cricket board not to give permission. Nowadays, many cricketers look at cricket only commercially. They give more importance to playing the franchise than playing for their own country. So the cricket board must take the right decision considering all those aspects. Many times cricketer not allowed to play. So everyone has to stay within a rule.

Among the first 5 batsmen in the West Indies squad, none other than Shamarh Brooks has played well. Boorks scored 42 runs off 43 balls, with a strike rate of less than 100. Batting like this against a big target like 186 is not possible to win. On the other hand, experienced batsmen like Hetmyre returned to the dressing room after collecting only 2 runs. Until the West Indies batsmen can get back on track, we will continue to see poor performances from them.
