I think their marketing is also helping a lot as well, promotions are great things to keep the customers in or maybe let everyone know what you are willing to give for new customers but without that promotion getting heard it would mean nothing. For example someone could be giving away 1 bitcoin for everyone who registers and deposits 1 bitcoin and only have small rollover rule yet if nobody knows then he wouldn't get customers.

Windice has amazing marketing and their promotions and name is heard everywhere in bitcoin world. That is why I highly support the signature campaign since that will be the one that decides on what will be the best case for windice. As long as they keep on making profits from the casino they would probably continue with the marketing and promotions since there is no reason to take them out for now.

If it is truly your case, you should contact the owner (windice) through DM, or contact Windice's moderators through chatroom of the site. Another option for you is join the Windice forum and ask for help. However, the official option is support ticket. I don't think you get troubles if you don't abuse the site. There is a rule against multi accounts on Windice.io, and this one is usually reasons of rejected payouts.
Windice.io actually provides the same payouts, instant payouts.

I know that it will take time for the bitcoin network to confirm my transaction but almost all of the gambling sites I made a withdrawal only took few minutes to give a transaction id.

Thanks for giving me options.  I only have one windice account. I guess I got used to other site's fast support reply whenever I have a ticket so it frustrates me a lot when windice support still haven't replied to the ticket I sent nearly 5 hours ago.

Never had this kind of issue before but I dont know if I'm the only one experiencing this error(error parameter) whenever I tried to make a withdraw on windice.

Its not something too serious buddy for windice is a reputable company and they usually keep all their promises. With that been said, what you need to do is to refresh your browser and make the withdraw.

Windice is a newer casino so the trust thing wouldn't be the best bet to look at since it wouldn't neither show that good or bad so far.

I mean I believe in the long run it will become big and good in the trust ranking as well but that requires a bit of time and also requires to befriend a bit of the big names to get those good default trust ratings as well, without them you are only getting unofficial trust rating from regular folks like me which wouldn't show on their username just yet.

It is a good method but I never really liked the trust rating thing too much, when it is obvious its obvious but there are places with red trust that I would personally trust too (not that many green trust that I don't trust however) so I would say that shows only a tiny bit of the reality.

All casinos needs to take care of their withdrawals because there has been a surge of people who are double spending on their deposits and trying to win big at one try then withdraw instantly to make sure they are not caught. I have no issues regarding the payouts with windice. I have tried different casinos but I won't name them, actually I'm more impress the confirming time and withdrawal on windice than with those casinos that I've tried.

I had an experience that the delay took up to 10 hours with that casino so I stopped using them. If someone will ask me what's that casino, it's a popular one but I'm not going to name it.

From my experience also, my payouts from here and other casinos have passed through the network rather smoothly under 10 min or so. Anyhow, if you experience issues with yours you should pm the team if not drop it in the Telegram group

^ Definitely you are right it's been quite harder to achieved perhaps that's is the reason the prize pool has been increased into 0.02 btc.
But I think there are a lot of participants there it's about 5 pages now who had joined, maybe that was easy for them.

Exactly. When I do payouts I want to pay as low fees as possible, speed doesnt matter. So it would be very nice to choose the priority of my payout and therefore a way to adjust how high the fees are I have to pay.

Actually low-high priority fees already implemented on many casino since long time ago. The only difference between them is how big the amount of fee they set on each of their site. Personally, as long as the site provided you with instant withdraw, it should be enough.

If windice had like 3 options one is high fee but very quick, the other is middle fee and middle time and the last one is very low fee but god knows when you will get money type then people would be able to pick whatever option fits them best. I agree with this point that each one of us do really have that kind of specific need which in terms of fastness on how out withdrawals would do through.
but i would say that most casinos do really presume that everything would be normal yet not all the times the network is busy where they do set out
