Davo, there is no technicality in nigerian election. you go see say dem go still try to manipulate di election, the election go hard but dem go still do am. there are 3 major people wey dey maneuver election and election result. 1. INEC, INEC never and ever conducted a free and fair election in nigeria.  2. police dey always support di politicians wey dey pay them peanut. and finally the worst group of pipo in nigerian election is the Judiciary. I am using last Bayelsa and Imo States Elections as a case study.

Nigerian job employments through selection or recruitment are free and fair. And one thing I came to understand in INEC is that, election has come to stay as a democratic state like Nigeria. Therefore, they should permanent the recruited staff to reduce unemployed youths in the country instead of using them and dumped them after the election to suffer and hustle again. Most time before the election ends some staff have already finished their allawee (salary). For those pipo wey dey go for di recruiment, na abeg we dey beg, make una do well, u know how we don suffer 4 di kwantri. No compromise, no bribery, and no fear.
u don work 4 INEC 2 times, can u tell us how di tin be? pls do well to say no to election maneuver dis coming general election. Once you be adhoc staff u no fit vote oo, I don’t think so. Becos dem no go even carry you go your polling unit as adhoc staff sef. So your PVC no fit get use I think. Unless dem go do their own voting after dat which I never hear say e don happen before sef.

Bitcoin will still do $16k after the next $23k, and $16k will be the bottom once it breaks through the $19k resistance again.
Do not buy until Bitcoin recovers in November, and don't expect a bull run this year; it will most likely occur in 2023.

Adding to your point, Bitcoin is basically closing the bottom at $20k again and we have the major signal of Hash Ribbon falling into a place where there's a BUY Signal For BITCOIN or the Crypto Market and by looking at the Chart in a bigger picture, $20k or $17k might not be the bottom but it's relatively good value to Buy into Bitcoin or the Market. So Bitcoin at $20k or Below is Ok for Dollar Cost Averaging. Because, Investors are not like Traders, they can't find the Exact Bottom atimes so DCA is Recommended. ADYOR!

It is not wise decision to keep recruiting into a sector that works only in 4 years and stayed at home in majority of the years and earn. It will be wise to combine more sectors with similar period of work like the census etc. Creating jobs will cost government a lot money and policies, and Nigeria got a lot of fund for this but wont do anything on, they will need given out loans to small scale business, create enabling environment for foreign companies, create channels for daily jobs with pay etc

Yes, them need job and them find temporal job as advocate staff to INEC and na normal thing way dey sup for even companies too. Everybody no fit be permanent staff finish. So, that one no too bad and no be typical use and dump, na just contract way get expiring date.

I do not think so, the bear is not yet over but it might (probability) not down drop  back to $16k or $17k because this is the month I was expecting it to backslide but irony is the resulting part. If the price survive $19k in this month then it will scale through $20+ from next month. But I was also told that the bear market is the best time to buy.

The best time to buy is when the market is stable, do not panic buy, the current low is not the dip yet, remember I called a $16k dip a few days ago when BTC was trading at $20k and it dropped to $18k and almost hit $17k before showing some bull signs yesterday, the markets are being manipulated, the bull will hit $23k and then fall back to its previous low before hitting $17k this month.

Yes bear market is an opportunity to buy but this is the worse bear we have seen in recent years and there is a possibility that not all the TOP altcoin will survive it.

We could see a little bear by February next year from my own calculation but I could be wrong.
