One fact that is open secret and known to those ahead with the opportunity to     have studied the academic calendar in total, is that, should the strike had gone beyond this time, a whole academic session would be lost and it would seriously have an impact on the academic calendar.
However,  the intervention and pleadings of concerned bodies had an influence on the reopening too. If our President doesn't do the needful by trying to reach an evidential and conceptual agreement with Asuu, the strike will be repeated, thus affecting whatever programs government intends to organize in the coming days. i.e, elections and campaigns.

I no see anything wey they bad for this matter, it is all legal and documented, and no be say as a student wey get admission to study abroad you go come begin carry all your relatives, e no work like that, as far as i know you can only take either your spouse or your children with you, and you go first of all tell the school say dependant go follow you come, so that them to begin fill the necessary paper work. ASUU DON CALL OFF ITS STRIKE
The academic staff union of universities has bowed to pressure, obey court order and suspended its 8 months strike. From the official release from ASUU, e dey clear say FG never settle them but court order don force them to suspend the strike. E dey painful as ASUU and FG just waste our academic session for a complete eight months without achieving anything. I for like Post the picture but I no know how to.
