A legendary member announcing a project in this forum in a way brings up a little hope but not something you should base on and make your financial decisions. I am sure you have seen some legendary members with red tags as well. The best thing to do is to do your research well and get to know that project you are investing into.

I do not check the rank of the person who posts a bounty before I decide to invest in the project's for me what is most important is the project progress and it's team, I love projects with an already working project and will not suddenly fall in love with them just because a Legendary Rank member posted their announcement thread.

Being a legendary member does not guarantee the authenticity of a project or the likelihood of it to succeed. If I'm not mistaken I've heard severally of people selling their account, how do you know such account hasn't been sold.

I think the rank on the forum is irrelevant. This should not be a decisive factor in the choice of the project. Accounts can be bought and not the fact that this person will have some good experience.

Not only bought but sometimes hacked. You only need a couple hundred dollars to get a legendary account on the market. A rank without a real trusted person known to the community behind it doesn't mean anything.

Even if I saw a very well known member announcing a projects I wouldn't throw money at him without investigating the project and the team behind it.

Will you trust a project that the one that announced it in the announcement thread is a legendary member even though the legendary has announced that he is not part of the team and was just part of the service he offered.

Let me know your thoughts here.
I think that this fact definitely should not be decisive. If you have conducted an analysis and see that the project is really good, then the fact that it is announced by the legend member is also a positive thing. But if the project itself causes you to have any doubts, then don't pay attention but who will present it on the forum.

No. I will only trust a project after I have done my own research concerning the team, the project itself and other criteria. The best thing is to trust only yourself so that you won't blame any loss in another person.

First of all, if you are a legendary member, the project will definitely get more attention. Especially from the members who contribute a lot to Bitcointalk forum. But to be successful and truly trusted, it still depends entirely on the project team

I would look at the previous posts of the author - legend. And all at once it becomes clear. Honored legends don't give a crap and each post gives a very good analysis of the issue.

For me the main thing is not the rank on the forum. Many high rank accounts belong to other people long ago. If a person conducts a bounty company for the first time, then I will be wary of it.
If a company is led by a proven and respected forum member, then his rank is not important to me.

Yes and No, both answer at the same time. If I don't care about any other aspect then I'd trust an announcement by the legendary memeber instead of trusting a newbie account announcement. But that's not the only thing I should care about before joining in the project. I'd try to learn about the technical side and team members also.

Yes, I think most people will like that. However, it depends on the reputation of that member. It is also a form of marketing, you hire influencers to promote the project.

Of course not, these are people who just paid money to create a topic, you can’t believe it, you need to analyze the project itself and not what surrounds it and promotes it.

A person who initially distances himself from the project and its team is only interested in preserving his own reputation and earnings. Therefore, such a manager, be he of the highest rank, I do not trust.
There are reliable and responsible managers on the forum and I join them in projects. Of course, I have independently analyzed the project beforehand. What I advise and the rest.

Yes, a legendary member usually doing some research and due diligence before agree to promote some project,
unless they want to ruin their bitcointalk account that already legendary.
Whether the project is promoted by legendary member or newbie, we should do our own research prior investing.

depending, usually the member whose legendary rank offers the project because there are people who pay it and the legendary rank spreads the project in ann if this happens of course I don't believe it, I prefer projects that are spread by legendary ranks but he still does his own due dillegence maybe I'll believe it

Not really, cause after all they only run the project cause they get paid for them. And they can't make sure if the project is scam or not cause they're just the manager
So it's still depends on us want to join or not.

My level of trust in the project announced by legendary members is indeed higher, but it is not a guarantee to choose the project. I need to check a number of other important things to support success, such as the benefits of the project and the ability of the team to develop.

you can see that the average thread announcement has been announced by copper members, how is that? can we trust new people and not have a reputation in this forum? I think ranking does not determine whether he can be trusted or not, it all depends on our intelligence to analyze and assess an announcement that he announces.
