No i won't.Because the bounty is legit or not it's not depends on the manager or the person who announce it.

what if there is a scam bounty and the manager did know that it was a scam because he is a pro manager with lots of experience because is already a legendary member of this forum but what if he insist to accept a scam project because is offered by a big reward .  the bounty hunters will now join just because they see that it was manage by a legendary member but they dont know that will be scam at the end .

In time past if you are involved in any scam project, you are likely to have a negative tag but now the rule is relaxed. Now that it is more difficult to be a legend, I think such rank wouldn't want to lose its integrity for a scam project. legends should be in a position to detect warning signs in project. No project has a perfect plan but can ask the right question to help a project or detect weakness.

The main thing about any project is scope and product. But if any member with experience is also promoting the project , it means there is something good and new in that project. I will at least trust on the experience basis.

It does not mean that the project handled by a legendary member will always be successful, but at least I am more confident with the legendary member in terms of minimizing scam project. even though there are also legendary member who are greedy and finally scam

although the one who gave the announcement was the legendary ranking at bitcointalk it also depends on the project itself and even though he is not a team on the project it does not mean that the project can be trusted, because there are many fraud projects that pay a legendary to make the announcement.

Just as he rightly stated its part of the services he renders being high ranked doesn't guarantee a solid project as humans we can miss the signs sometimes. But I will trust it for him/her to risk his high rank, due deligence must have been done before supporting such projects.

Trust or not it's depending on the project,  but i think project announced by legendary member is have more value and can be reference to participate on the project.

Will you trust a project that the one that announced it in the announcement thread is a legendary member even though the legendary has announced that he is not part of the team and was just part of the service he offered.

Let me know your thoughts here.
in the beginning stage we cannot decide anything because we all know everything is possible in this field so we need to be not fully trusted on anything will clear the doubts about involved in the project so that I cannot be hundred percent confident in the beginning stage.

Probably yes, but never stop paying attention. I would count on a person with a lot of positive feedbacks as it is probably not a bought account. Plus, such a person does not want to be associated with shady projects (mistakes are made, but make it more times and your hard-earned respect from the community is turned to dust). In general, I would trust them more than some newbie-like looking accounts with no history. It looks like they have put some effort into looking more legitimate, which is precious in this field.

Some ICO who wants to get a good review of their projects are buying legendary account so they can make an announcement using that kind of rank so beware, they do not have to do this as they can upgrade their membership to copper rank and install images and create an announcement thread for their projects.

Most of people pay attention to rank although it is easy to buy and sell it, what is more some guys can pay legendary member to make announcement, so he is not associated with project, but people think he does and their trust is getting higher, then they invest money

The one who carries the message is not as important as the message itself, if a newbie announces a bounty project and it ends successfully with each participant getting their share of what they did, that is the most important thing. A legendary member might annouces a project but it won't be worth working for but just a waste of time. The project with its plans and road map is better than the announcer.

I don't think to trust 100% to a project announce by legendary or sir member. I think it will not be fair to judge from rank. What makes a project different must be from inner project or the quality of the project.

No, i dont trust. And I can say that no one should trust. Because I think that in order to trust a project, detailed research is needed. For trust any project, in particular, at least the whitepaper of that project should be read and team members should be researched.

legendary member trusted than low rank. but im not sure if the ico will success, sometimes low rank give high profit than high rank. low rank member usually dont make research about ico, not all member but maybe they will think about how to make history, so they can be accepted by good ico later.

In any case, I study the project, regardless of who leads it.  But when higher rank and not necessarily dyed, there is more confidence.

My answer is No, look like project announced by Legendary Member will get more trustable, but not necessarily, some of them is bought account, I'll checked their past post to identity it's a real users or just a bought accounts to announced somethings.

So we have to investigation first, lets to know that legendary have fact and proof his original account by owner not buyer to announcement ICO. look like For good review they will be buying positve trust too for them Bussines.

I do not fully believe in the legendary account that announces the project, the most important thing in the project is for me to be a real, transparent and realistic project team.

It depends on the account that holds the project, well-known members here are known by their wide range of knowledge on blockchain/cryptocurrency, they wouldn't probably exchange their image on a fraud project, they took research and made a deal on project team before promoting anything. But still, greed can change many things, we should also take part in picking the best ICO that we should participate, we should not always depend on ratings or any people, let's just consider them as a bonus.
