I don't care what rank the person who announced the project has. But, of course, if it is a newbie, then I will treat such a project with more caution. Still, there are more important points that you should pay attention to. Trusting someone just because he has a high rank is unreasonable.

It still depends on the project itself. Sure enough, being a legendary member is not just any ordinary thing but it is still essential to check the project itself first. Even people with good reputation and high ranking in the community can make mistakes because we're all humans, deceptive and/or ambitious. It's better to trust yourself so, you would not blame or make someone accountable of your own actions and decisions.

Why will I trust a project announced by a legendary member alone without doing my own research on such projects, people buy accounts and so far as I don't know the account owner personally, why will trust his or her research by announcing a project, I will rather trust in my own research done trust in a legendary member.

Yep, participants should look for information before they join the campaign and be careful in choosing projects. If the newbie ranks but the project is legit, in my opinion rank is not something that can be used to see whether the project is legit or not

Only Legendary rank alone will not create any impression for me. I would also be a legendary member if I was posting consistently. Legendary member who have a lot of reputation on the forum, I would have look deeply in that project but still it doesn't guarantee any investment because investment itself depends on the project itself, not the Legendary status.

Legendary members knows the rules on this forum more than anybody and he/she must know that the account might get red tag if introduce scam project although not projects from legendary members will end up well but there is different between scam project and A failed project.

If the project is coming from a trusted or legendary members we can expect it to be real and not scam, but it doesnt mean high rank member is a reliable way to know if the project has potential, it might just an indication. Still, we have to conduct our own research and trust only ourselves and our instinct, if you think its worth to participate/invest since you already had a knowledge behind the project then its the time to engage on this.

For me it’s no even he is a legendary member anything it doesn’t matter he is not representing the project also some might bought the account only the purpose of gaining reputation for project also might scam . I believe the real  project with strong team . Now a days I even stop believing IEO and STO . Even reputed exchange IEO going horrible failure how can we trust just legendary member.

Legendary members are no guarantee that the project will be legit, it could be that the project's team buys a legendary account so that the project can be interest by investors. The important thing is that you have to do deep research to avoid scams

I'm sure that legendary members with many trusts have a plus in people's ratings. Moreover, if they currently have merit above average. in the case of a bounty campaign I will not trust anyone before I find out all the information related to the project, even though the announcement of the project is legendary member because in this case I have lost my time for 3 months doing bounty project assignments and in the end declared a scam by a legendary member manager, since that incident until now I have not trusted anyone until I was able to prove in detail about the project.

Here is my own advice, to avoid not getting paid after bounty ends its better to promote projects from well known bounty managers, few bounties from newbie accounts that i promoted end up cheating me

I would trust only what my guts tells me to trust everyone's opinion is based on their level of sentiment behind a token or project which shouldn't be trusted lot of high ranking members have promoted scam due to being paid.

The issue of ranking will not be a problem whether he wants to announce the project or not, for sure we also have to look at the contents of the project even though the legendary ranking cannot guarantee that the project is really good, so it all depends on the developer and team of the project. they develop the project and for the manager problem that overcomes the project it is certainly a strategy to attract investors or participants to participate in the project.

It depends on who is that Legendary ranks announce the project if that is reputable in the forum or a red trust earner. I will consider if that user with a rank of Legendary if that is a DT member. Actually that does not vary on rank even that is a newbie copper membership at least the content of that project is legit. Your responsibility to check very well each project and how potential it is to invest. Be researchful first.

The fact that a project is announced by a legendary member does not add much value to the project, neither does it increase the authenticity of the project. In the case when the legendary member includes a caveat on the announcements, that could vindicate him from the project if there's any negative allegation on the project in question.

but if you look at the work of a successful legendary member, of course we will return to join the campaign that he manages. so it's actually quite important because before they manage a project, they do an analysis first. then if we want to join then we do the research again.
