Legendary manager is not a guideline for bounty hunters to join the bounty program, there are many factors to consider, if I prefer a bounty manager who already has more confidence in the forum to minimize failure on the project.

Legendary is a rank and has nothing to do with reputation or the ability to effectively choose and coordinate a good bounty campaign. Generally speaking, most managers that are very effective today in their duty as managers started with small rank, before ranking up.
So, rank should not be a barrier.

It depends. Having a Legendary rank in this forum has a great reputation to be cared with so there is a great responsibility for them to only state the truth but as a responsible individual since we are the ones who will be participating into that project, it is duly our responsibility to still check the project by doing thorough research about it. It does not mean that because a Legendary member advertises it is it will already be credible to be trusted because remember, the project is the one we must take into check and not the one who have advertises it. Well, any rank can advertise a trusted project and for us to assure, it will be our duty to still check the project so that no one will be pointed finger with and be blame. Maybe it become a one factor on choosing a project but still the last decision and necessary actions must be done by us who wanted to join and be part of the project.

rank isn't main reason for encouraging everyone to join, it all depends on the quality of the project. even if the cooper member account rank can also bring projects with very good concepts

Yes, it is true. Rank is not a matter of fact about the success of the project. It still depends on how good the project is. Also, there are times that the project will just use, rent, or buy a higher rank just to handle a certain project to gather more participants, but it shouldn't be the basis when finding a good project.

Legendary members are more trusty than Jr members when introducing a project but the legendary member account must not have red trust and the account must have atleast a trust rate +1
Agree, but still I have to, my work as a bounty campaign to investigate about the campaign and you can't just trust a member who's a high rank but still have a negative trust.

actually legendary member is only the service provider which offers his service to promote new project through his medium which is his legendary account. so how can you trust the project because of his ranking? legendary member is the third party which only promotes the project but he is not the part of the project team. so it's better to do your research not just think that a legendary member post it then it is surely a genuine project.

Before having a legendary rank with no negative trust to announce a new project might be effective and most new investors will probably trust one project but today after so many scams its hard to trust a project even if announce by high ranks members unless those high ranks members are really popular and has outstanding reputation in this forum this may still work.

If there is a report that the project is a scam then the legendary member who posted this should take it down or distance himself from that project, or people will think that he is part of the team and people will tag him if he does not get out of a sinking ship, and he should do a disclaimer if he is not really a part of a team.

Will you trust a project that the one that announced it in the announcement thread is a legendary member even though the legendary has announced that he is not part of the team and was just part of the service he offered.

Let me know your thoughts here.
Anyone can announce a new project, trusting the project or not is all on investors to decide, if the project is good enough or not investors have every right to investigate before investing a dime, it's just that the legendary member can get red trust for promoting scam projects

It's best to look at a project when it is promoted by a legendary account, especially if it is a trusted member. But of course, not only the rank is viewed but also the profile and account history if it is truly trustworthy. It is also important that we look at a project well whether it is legit or fake not just who announced a project.

I only believe in projects with complete information about the team, strategies, roadmap, goals, visions ... etc
It doesn't matter announces by a newbie or a legendary member. Anyway, it is just an external form, and if the project is a scam, then the member posted announce is still not related to the project.

I only care about the quality of those projects. If their project is good, I will definitely participate and the project publishers are not so important to me, many legendary members on this forum have fomo a lot of scam projects.

don't look at the project from rank that brought it. but look at the product, team and goals of the project. Legendary who said that if not part of the team maybe they were only paid to post about the project.

Its what teams do for the project look legit and reliable. First they post the bounty thread and if they see a hero/legendary user supporting them through the campaign, they will contact this high-rank user to post the ANN thread.

It doesn't just happen once here in the forum. Teams nowadays don't create ANN thread but only bounty threads, the teams aren't open to question the project.

Trust come from reputation. There are some legendary members with no reputation within the sphere of project management, bounty management, community management etc. Others may even have negative trust on the forum. I will only trust a legendary member who announces a project if the member meets all of the above.

I dont see the sense in judging a project by the person who created the Announcement thread.... people are paid to create threads.. this is almost like bounty hunting.. infact I'll trust a project announced by a legendary member compared to that of a newly created account  it makes more sense that way

so true. even if they are full members, or below, I don't think it has any effect. what affects is the reputation and the results of his work so far. however, there are many legendaries, or accounts that have a high level but do not have trust in other members when they open a project.

We need to look on the project itself how genuine it is. But there are instances that a person who made the announcement thread or manage the bounty is an indication of a good project base on his reputation.

Legendary member doesnt necessarily mean the project is legit because this is not about who will manage. But the project itself on how useful it is to people if they support it.

i personaly don't get trust by checking the rank of a member , there is almost no difference between a member or an legendary member , in earlier day's , people send pm's with asking to buy the legendary account , for sure some people sold that account and use it for other activity's  like scam or false information

alway's look to the project self , not listen to higher rank

I dont understand why would I trust a Legendary member who created ANN topic more than a newbie with cooper member acc. To me, they both are equal, because they are just posters. I would better do a research by myself and trust to a official project representative, who made an ANN.

Some see ANN topics only in their local board. If this topic is created by Legendary, why would someone trust him, he is just a translator?
