There have been some projects successfully managed by legendary and there have been the vice versa. However, the success of a project goes beyond being managed by a legendary. If a newbie professionally and successfully manages a genuine and solid project, I will definitely participate in it.

Will you trust a project that the one that announced it in the announcement thread is a legendary member even though the legendary has announced that he is not part of the team and was just part of the service he offered.

Let me know your thoughts here.
Direct answer is no, every members are doing own research. Legendary member can't take always right projects. Wapinter and yahoo62278 was running huge unsuccessful project. You can research all project from all legendary members.

They announce that in the event of a problem the project has no responsibility, but only the project team and developer owner can chase it. because their job is just the project campaign management service. That's why you will notice once upon a time of service that they provide the way to contact the project team such as the project's telegram official channel or Email support.

I would outrightly say that not every project announced by a legendary member are trustworthy. Some of these announcements can be on a basis of bias, or for selfish purposes. Although we expect that legendary members should give trustworthy comments at all times, it cannot always be the same. I believe some of us have seen some legendary members promote shitty projects on these streets before now. so..

Why not, o will gladly participate, in as much as he doesn't have a red trust,  if he had a red trust about not paying previous bounty participants or having red trust regarding scam issues,  I won't participate in such bounty

I will not be in a hurry to join the project that he offers just because he has a legendary rank, many projects have also been held by some legendary people who have failed so that we cannot set the rank of a bounty manager in following a bounty project,
for me personally, I will see how much confidence is given by the participants to the manager, so that we can assess how the Manager's track record in handling bounty projects that have been handled so far, if there are many negative track records, of course I will avoid joining the project, but if the manager has a lot of positive beliefs, of course I will be one of the projects participants.

I don't think the trust in a project depends on the rank of the account that announces it. It depends on how good the project itself is and the integrity of the team.
Any project can easily pay legendary or hero members to announce their project, so that doesn't mean the project is legitimate. Always research any project before you join and not join because of the rank that announced it.

No. It is a bad indication of trust. The forum even warns us of it. A really good scammer knows people will be more inclined to follow and listen to or support a higher-ranked member even if we do not want to admit it.
It is embedded in the way we thing so we have to fight that feeling and think sensibly. The good scammers know this and take full advantage and will often buy a high ranking account to conduct scams on because they know forever 1000 people viewing the thread a certain amount will trust it because of the rank.

Legendary members are more trusty than Jr members when introducing a project but the legendary member account must not have red trust and the account must have atleast a trust rate +1
So what if the legendary member account was purchased? People buy forum accounts and therefore trusting a project posted by a legendary member account is one greatest mistake one will ever do. The most important decision is to undergo an individual thorough research on the project at hand and come out with your own conclusions.

In most cases, I will. Legendary members are the most respected members of this lofty Bitcointalk forum and usually assumed to have high amount of cryptocurrency knowledge. So yes, I will give them that benefit of doubt and trust projects announced by them. (assuming all conditions in attaining the legendary membership status are rightly met)

Project announced or created by a high rank member does not guarantee its legitimacy, better background check everything and be vigilant before you engage. People change they can do you good and harm so its better not to trust anyone.

I see the good project is sometimes not supposed to be announced by legendary members. I try to check the services they offer. If my check results from no doubt or the service they offer are real, maybe I'll join.

We know that many good projects are also announced by senior members, full members, members, and even Junior members. The most important thing that I think is a real project and can make money.

Being a legendary member means you have been using the forum for a long time, if that user does not have a red trust, it means he is acting wisely and did not try to scam anyone. When I see a Legendary thread, it actually gives me trust rather than other users that have lower than full member or copper member. Having a that high rank is important for me.

Some Lgendary Members write a comment that they aren't responsible for the actions of the team  to protect themselves and their image. Therefore, I always evaluate the project myself. There are several managers on the forum whose reputation is a guarantee of security against scam projects and a dishonest team.

it depends, I advise you to do a review of the project first in some cases maybe the hunters if you see BM from the project immediately join without doing research, legendary members also do not guarantee the project will be successful.
I know one of the top legendary BM Yahoo, who does not know him in this forum and the average project that he holds is released to the market and grow.

I think you are mistakenly inferring the meaning of trust, it is obtained when someone gives a positive value to that person, as well as for red trust.
for example when 2 people do transactions without escrow only rely on each other's trust.
or people who play a role in the forum / merit so that people give positive feedback.
so it has nothing to do with the successful failure of a project.

If that announcement thread has a disclaimer part like he is not part of the team and etc. then I cannot trust that thread. There is a big possibility that the owner of the legendary member has been paid just to launch that thread.

But if we are talking about a trusted legendary member launching an announcement thread without any disclaimer part then I can slightly trust the thread but then I will still dig the project before I will invest to it.

Indeed, in the event that I see that the chief of the abundance battle of the new ICO project is the amazing discussion part, I unquestionably will confide in such a project substantially more than a beginner. Much of the time, amazing positions can't be a piece of the ICO project team, and the way that he composes that he isn't answerable for the exercises of the ICO team doesn't diminish him from their general duty. ICO's abundance administrator has nearer contacts with the team and on the off chance that the team ends up being deceitful, at that point when all is said in done practice, any supervisor with any position, and particularly with a major position, is communicated by mass doubt of discussion individuals, and as of now with negative trust it is extremely hard to keep functioning as a chief abundance ico.

Forum ranking is not a determinant of trust in a project. However, members who have a high ranking will be careful in announcing a project because it risks membership. For campaign selection, forum ranking is one of the backers for making decisions, but it does not provide guarantees and needs to find more information to participate in it.

Honestly, I would consider it and do my part by making my own research by finding out more about the project, team behind it and some basic stuff before getting involved in a project. Anyone regardless of the rank has their own opinion about a project, and rank doesn't reflect if your are to be trusted or not.
