Today we have one interesting match between Betis v Girona can Girona maintain their position in the standings? I'm surprised to see Real Madrid gets difficulty to win the match against Alaves. It was getting worse when Nacho got a red card in minute 54'. I guessed Real Madrid won't win the match and probably got a draw only. Luckily, Real Madrid still could score a single goal in minute 90+2'. Lucas Vazquez is the hero of Real Madrid today.

In this match, we can't say that Alaves is weak, they are strong enough. It is proven that they could make difficulty for Real Madrid, the match almost ended with a draw. But Real Madrid was quite lucky that they could get full points.

I was very happy with the result. The number of points scored in the game was not important at all as long as Real Madrid emerged as the victors, and I am content with that outcome. Madrid is starting to make the chance to win la liga becomes even bigger.
Girona is not playing good against betis and i understood it caused by betis is also very strong opponent. Girona shall repeat the same result in upcoming games to give real madrid confidence to win the la liga this season.

The situation in Barcelona is not good for Xavi and he lost many players during this season because of them getting injured and since they don't have good financial power to buy some more players, Xavi should try to keep working with the players they have got in the team.
For example, Marcos Alonso the player of Barcelona got injured hardly recently and now it seems he should get Arthroscopy which means he will be absent for one month.

Just like I predicted to a draw for Girona vs Bentis in I e of the comments,  it's sad for Girona to have allowed bentis to come from behind in such manner and that is what we must likely see as a good point for real bentis because had it been that they were able to make the equalization goals when there still enough time,  I am sure real bentis could have won the match.

I don't know why Girona who is a more stronger club and team in this round become weak along the line because everyone expected a steady win for them but the reverse was the case and the outcome of the match have chucked everybody.

Yeah Overall Real Betis played more aggressively with 21 shots and that is normal as a home team that conceded first, it's just that I didn't expect Real Betis to score a goal in the last minutes and I think Girona is safe with one goal but apparently both teams only drew. This draw forced Girona to have to go down to the 2nd position  because Real Madrid won today match, although both teams have the same points but Real Madrid are better in total goals so that Real Madrid can take over the top of the standings. This problem must be solved by Xavi Hernandez because letting it drag on will make mistakes happen again. Napoli are very energetic and they are getting problems with attacking because Osimhen and Kravatskhelia are playing worse than last season. However, with weak defense system of Barcelona, those players can exploit it and bring troubles to Barcelona.

Apart from these two players playing much worse than last season, the process of changing two coaches so far has not produced any results for Napoli. Girona is surely doing good job in this season against all odds and their performance is surprising as well, but their defence is surely giving them problem as they have just one clean sheet in last five games and conceding good number of goals so same happen in this game against Betis in first half both teams were on level and done good job with Girona were good enough to have lead but in second half we have strong comeback by the Betis, and they were aggressive which help them for having equalizer into 88th minute through Pezzella which allow them to share point with Girona and keep their draw streak which is now already touching 4 number with 10th draw of this season as well which is keeping them at the 7th spot in the league table as well.

Betis - Girona was a balanced game in general. Girona started to accept the game in their half after getting ahead by 1-0. Betis tried to improve their attacks more in the second half and they got what they wanted in the last minutes finally. What a fortunate game for Real Madrid! To be honest, I did not think they would beat Deportivo Alaves again because they were down to ten players, including the goalkeeper, after Nachos was given a red card during the match. This had many believing that Real Madrid would not win, but Lucas' goal at the 92-minute mark changed the game because Deportivo was unable to respond. I believe Real Madrid needs a centre back player because if they don't have one, it will negatively impact them. The fact that Ancelotti can be so stubborn at times that he refuses to purchase players makes it impossible for him to use Tchoumeni, who is a very good centre back, in a 4 position. Instead of using Kroos and Modric simultaneously, it would be better if he starts with Modric and reserves Kroos for the second hand because of their advanced age.

Girona is surely doing good job in this season against all odds and their performance is surprising as well, but their defence is surely giving them problem as they have just one clean sheet in last five games and conceding good number of goals so same happen in this game against Betis in first half both teams were on level and done good job with Girona were good enough to have lead but in second half we have strong comeback by the Betis, and they were aggressive which help them for having equalizer into 88th minute through Pezzella which allow them to share point with Girona and keep their draw streak which is now already touching 4 number with 10th draw of this season as well which is keeping them at the 7th spot in the league table as well.

Yeah, Girona's defense is not solid at all, if you watch most of their matches is either they will concede goals first or they won't win with clean sheets. Nothing draws a team back as always conceding goals if not that Girona has strong strikers that are always able to put the ball to the net if not they would have had so many challenges. Right now, the competition between Real Madrid and Girona is becoming so tensed and am afraid Girona may not really be able to withstand the pressure of when they top the league then Real Madrid also tops as well and looking from the Madrid squad, they don't play like people that will lose a match because their players are always determined.

After last night's game Madrid played someone will say they're on track? No to me, they've been playing pretty bad.
Madrid are having injury problem but that doesn't mean that they're suppose to be battling to get a win over a weaker side, Alaves. I wasn't expecting Madrid to struggle in every game they play in La Liga this season, since they're one of the best, they should show some maturity in the game not letting smaller clubs get something positive to talk about after the game. Winning 0-1 isn't impressive at the moment, I just wished Girona had gotten the 3 point they went for by now the gap wouldn't have been that close, 45pt with Madrid.
I'll still say it, Madrid will continue to find it hard to get the business done in every game and they're also weak/not a threat to any club in la Liga.

Real Madrid is truly lucky, but this luck comes from the strong mentality of the Real Madrid players themselves and thanks to the mature strategy of a great coach that they have, namely Carlo Ancelotti, who looks like he will only accompany Real Madrid until this season, that is until His contract expires in 2024. Today's win brings Real Madrid back to the top of the standings. Because Girona failed to maintain the 1 goal lead they had in the first half. Because Real Betis was able to equalize in the second half quite convincingly.

The Alaves vs Real Madrid match really made everyone tense. Because Alavez could almost get 1 point if Real Madrid didn't score 1 goal in the added minute of time. Well, this is quite a dramatic victory. Because Real Madrid played with 10 players from the 55th minute.

Lucas goal was very meaningful and was the winner, a very crucial minute when all the Alaves players were almost working hard not to let Madrid get 3 points. From the whole match I admit that Alaves did their job well, but what they didn't pay attention to was the mentality of the Madrid players who all fought until the last second. If you look more closely at the time the goal was scored, the possibility of Lucas receiving the ball was actually quite small with his small stature  actually making the Alaves players unaware that the ball was heading towards Lucas who was not at all closely guarded. When Nanco was given a red card, the  aggressiveness of Alaves attacks should have been more massive because they took advantage of Nanco empty position. Ancelotti recalled Modric because he wanted to use Tchouaméni in the back line. I think Madrid had to pay a heavy price for this victory because more  and more defenders were absent either due to injury or accumulation of cards.

Girona had to hand over the top of the standings to Madrid because Girona failed to extend their victory when they visited Real Betis headquarters.
