I never knew Barcelona would be finding it very hard to get a goal in this encounter against Valencia and it seems like Barcelona are gradually getting weak by the day. I don't see them having that force to make teams pay, like making them lose possession of the ball.
The second half shouldn't end like the first half did, I believe that Valencia would be pleased with the result if they have to end the game in a draw. At this point Xavi needs to make some changes to make the team start getting goals in all games because if you noticed in the champions league they (Barcelona) didn't play like they used to, even the game before the champions league game against the league leaders Girona, they couldn't keep up with the pressure that was on them.
I won't say Barcelona would win but if that happens, they need to go and come back with a better plan in their next game.

Athletic Bilbao was a really tough matchup for Atletico Madrid as it seems that they lost by 2-0 away. The first half was horrible for Atletico Madrid already. They weren't even close to scoring a goal in the whole half. When it comes to the second half they were better but still no goal. Athletic Bilbao punished their weaknesses really well and deserved this win.

On the same day Sevilla hosted Getafe and got a huge defeat by 3-0. I really don't know how Sevilla will save themselves. Diego Alonso would get sacked soon I assume. I mean maybe there hasn't been much time since he came. But Sevilla are known by replacing their manager very often in the recent years.

According to media reports, they have already parted ways with Diego Alonso. They started the season with Jose Luis Mendilibar, but they parted ways with him because they didn't get good results.

I think Sevilla have mental problems. The new manager can't solve the problems in the team. They haven't won 11 games in a row. I wouldn't want to manage this team, I think they are the most difficult team to manage after Chelsea and Manchester United. They are very successful in European UEFA Cups but I think the intense match tempo has a negative effect on their performance.

Intensed first half filled with lots of entertainment and chances creation from the Barcelona who played a very good game. I love the roles of Pedri tonight as the holding midfielder who was able to keep the game calm as they approached the second half of the game. IIkay Gundogan also right behind Robert Lewandoski did well to support him with the needed passes. Lewandoski had chances to score but he's efforts was saved by the goalkeeper.

Valencia defenders did a pretty decent job to hold down Robert Lewandoski and also block to balls from going into goal. Though, Barcelona was still able to open them defense with that pass from De Jong to Raphina who linked Jaoa Felix for that goal. I felt like that goal scored was meant to be ruled offside but VAR made everything clear to me. That was a fantastic goal indeed from Valancia midfielder who scored this first goal of the season.

I was kinda expecting this. Lately Barca lost focus. Only one win in last 4 games, that explain something. De Jong to Raphinha to Felix, they scored a typical Barca goal but Hugo Guillamón equalized the game 15 minutes later. Barca found positions to win the game but couldn't score more. Xavi must be furious, they should've won this game. Lewandowski was ineffective tonight. Other players wasted clear goal positions.

Yes, bro, I have seen the match. it was a very tough match; both teams fought very hard, but the game was drawn at 1:1. Barcelona tried hard but failed to make goals; Lawandoski gave a poor performance. The player who showed the best performance was Frenki De Jong, who was also the man of the match. In addition, Pedri also played a world-class game, but Valencia defended very strongly. Barcelona did not gain a point, which was very inappropriate for Xavi as his quality has been very poor recently in terms of tactics. Dejong played very well and was named man of the match. Actually they had quite a few opportunities, but unfortunately they missed the chance so much. The defeat by Bilbao meant that Atletico Madrid had to lose points and was threatened with further decline in its position if it continued like this. Indeed, recently, there have been several clubs whose normal for them to lead the match.

In the last five matches, Ath Bilbao has not lost any but had two draws, this season Ath Bilbao have been up with more of average performance but their form is fair enough and I think playing again Atl Madrid will be a bit tough for them but they will be able to put up a good resistance against them and may likely get a point from that game.

Sevilla is not in good form this season, they have been struggling in all competitions and their lack of form caused them even their Europa League qualification through Champions as they couldn’t even finish third ahead of PSV or even second ahead of Lense, I think the management need to sign new players to support the team to get their desire goal.

Recently Barcelona has really dropped form and are not playing like they used to, they now play like a team struggling to secure a spot in the la Liga but I expected much more than this from them because before now they had a better form and did perfomed even better in the la Liga at the beginning of the season so much was actually expected of them.

Loosing and drawing to average teams which are considered leaser in strength and depth to Barcelona has become a norm in recent times, and it's really sad that when they lose it's usually with a great margin and when they draw it's just with a goal, I wouldn't want to at this time blame xavi but would rather give more of the blame to the management of the team because xavi at this point doesn't ha e the desired players he wish to work with to get the desired results they expect of him so I think fixing the financial lapsis of the team should be priority so they can get out of this mess by making effective use of the January transfer window this summer.

You see, that's the problem with Barcelona, they don't intend on having that force in getting goals making oppositions fall back to their defense and disorganizing the way opponents play. They only give opponent that impression that they can't get aggressive just being soft, I believe they would've secured the game right from the first half but chances was wasted.
Now teams are always ready to absorb the little pressure Barcelona are bringing and then turn it to an attack against them, we know how weak the defense of Barcelona are these days and is not an assurance that they can even make it past the round of 16 in the champions league, to me they're gradually losing that form of getting business done.
