If Barcelona coach can work on their strikers before going to their next game, I believe it will really help them to stay in this 3rd position long because Girona will beat Real Betis in this game today and Real Madrid may struggle to draw 1:1 with Deportivo Alaves but they will still remain in the second position because Girona will continue leading in the la Liga league table. Barcelona secured victory from Almeria doesn't mean they will still win this trophy this season and their coach has a lot of things to do to save his Job next season because, there is no improvement to Barcelona players and they struggle to secured victory from weak team last game.

Barcelona would have to fix the defenders and learn to score goals. The lack of a good defensive midfielder to shield the defense has got to be part of the entire issues.

Girona this season is difficult to stop, even a team as big as Barcelona can't beat Girona, they play like they have a lot of extra strength (confidence), even though if you look at their last few meetings, Girona has always lost to Real Betis. I think Barcelona victory is not extraordinary because Barcelona should have been able to put pressure on Almeria and try not to concede a goal. They couldn't even maintain just a single goal concession, they still had to give off another and make the goal margin very minimal, I don't understand what's wrong with Barcelona this season, cause they're not giving their best.

Quite alright the result can still change since the match as not end but Girona are leading in almost 55% ball possession in the first half and I am quite sure that the game may change in the second half because Betis will not like to give a chance to allow Girona to win them in their home, and Girona have to continue win every of their matches because any slide mistake now Real Madrid will move to the top and if they are there then no chance for Girona because the way Real Madrid are playing now there like unstoppable.

Even against a relegated team, Barcelona had to struggle to win and could it be that they are starting to run out at this point? because last night's difficult win against Almeria was a bad thing for Barcelona in the future and I'm not sure they will be more consistent in the future. Even though Girona was very good in this away match against Betis by scoring a goal in the first half but unfortunately, Girona failed to score another goal in the second half. With Girona failing to score a goal in the second half then yes, in the end Betis had good dominance in the second half and with that, finally Betis to score an equalizer in the 88th minute.

The first blunder was that pass right in the middle of the pitch and it was clearly lack of communication from the defender that caused the error. At times I don't like him. He always wants to be seen busy bit he really doesn't do much defending for Barcelona. He should keep calm and play soccer.
Second was also lack of communication from both the defender and the goalkeeper. Even if that ball was left for Araujo, he'll also cause damages that would definitely lead to goal. Shout out to Sergio Roberto who gave em too great goals to win them the game last night.

An easy victory, I don't know. It should be a victory yes, but these games sometimes require patience more than anything else when one team is parking the bus. But under normal circumstances time should solve the problem when Alaves becomes tired slowly.

Real Madrid has the chance to finish the season before this winter break at the top of the table. They can get an equal number of points as Girona, but they have the better goal difference. I am not sure if it's the goals or the h2h duel between Girona and Real Madrid, but they got that covered as well.
