Maybe it's not enough to pay off their debts. Perhaps De Jong's departure to Man United could help them. But some of the deal rumors haven't happened yet. Barcelona are still holding De Jong back because they think he will be worth more. So that with the money from the sale, it can certainly reduce the debt they have. But there's a de jong alignment that I remember, he was comfortable in Barcelona, so he probably wouldn't go from there.
I think with existing players Xavi is able to make them strong this season. They managed to end the league in second place.

Barcelona should realize that now the stability of the club is more important for them to think about than looking for expensive players, if barcelona continues to force themselves to recruit expensive players then it will only worsen their financial condition later, barcelona should be able to do the same like this season, namely taking advantage of the existing squad and looking for some free players who will not burden their finances, even though this season Barcelona failed to win the trophy but in my opinion Xavi managed to get Barcelona back up and their become competitors in La Liga only with the existing players and I think they can do it again next season.

You have a point there but I can say that I half agree that your opinion. The true side of this is that Barcelona are in a big need of stabilizing their finance after a long time. They can do this especially by trying to start spending less money on players. At the same time, not signing any expensive player can make Barcelona in a more problematic situation in the Champions League especially too. If one of Xavi's plans is becoming successful in the next season of the Champions League, then they need to spend a lot of money to strengthen the squad.

Kroos has spent 8 years with Madrid and it is very difficult for a player to part with a team that has been his home for a long time, although now has got Tchouameni but Madrid reportedly still wants to extend Kroos contract but Kross is delaying to extend the contract because he wants to see his performances and contributions next season for madrid, I think that kroos who has been a mainstay of the madrid midfield realizes that he is no longer able to compete with madrid youth players and by reason of not wanting to be a burden to madrid certainly implies that he might take the decision to retire after his contract with madrid officially ends later

I do not think Bayern Munich will be an option for Kroos should he decide to leave Madrid, i don't think he left Bayern in very good circumstances, but that is not the discussion here. Kroos has been solid from day one till now, a true Real Madrid legend, what i love most about him is how he goes about his business without too much fuss, just does his job smoothly. Having said that, Madrid's midfield is aging, with Kroos and Modric gradually coming to the end of their careers, but their replacements seem to already be in the team, in the persons of Tchouaméni and Camavinga, two very young and quality midfielders that look set to be the future of Real's midfield, it will be difficult to fill the boots of Modric and Kroos, but we hope they would be able to do it in time to come.
