There is a confirmed report that Gareth Bale would not be joining Getafe as speculated but he would be moving to the MLS side Los Angeles FC. His contract with Real Madrid would expire next month and the 32-year old Welsh winger’s is willing to move to the MLS. Bale would be free to join the club of his choice since he would be a free agent after July. The MLS would be the best league for Bale because age is not on his side and he is not in top form. He should go to the US and make more money. We expect that he would soon become a household name in the MLS like his British colleague David Beckham.

You seem to be left out of information now that Bale has officially left Madrid and moved to Los Angeles FC on a one-year contract there.

I don't understand what can be discussed here. As far as I've seen, even all the potential-competitors admit that Benzema should get the Ballon d'Or this season. I haven't checked but if the bookmakers are already giving quotes for this event then Benzema should be quoted as 1.01. If there are more generous odds, I will gladly place a bet and take this easy money.

In my view Gareth Bale has become a forgotten player after he contributed to the success of Real Madrid in all competitions that he participated in. His decision to leave was indeed the right decision compared to having to stay. It would be a shame if his abilities couldn't be channeled. In his new team I hope he can get enough playing time.

They played a star like Gareth Bale for years, but big clubs like this are always changing and signing new young stars. Bale can still perform at a high level, but Real Madrid has much better ones. Bale naturally doesn't want to wait for a substitute while he can play elsewhere. His transfer was the best for both sides. Bale will always be remembered well at Real Madrid. I remember his performance at left-back at Tottenham before he came to Real, everyone was watching him with open mouth. His position has changed over time. He really left a big mark on this club.

I agree with your views because it is very good decision by Gareth Bale to leave Real Madrid for LAFC for one season surely this can bring some positive changes for his future and game plane right now Real Madrid is not having chance for him and other good clubs are also not looking for him so leaving Europe for one season can bring some positive or negative both impacts but for me as age factor is also going with this good player he can do better in future if he has some solid performance in this season at LAFC, so some good European club will try to bring him back here may be it is Tottenham or some other in Spain as well.

However considering the previous season, I think the most deserving players are Lewandowski and Benzema. They became even the champions in the Champions League too and Benzema played a huge role in this as well.

It's true that this dominance has lasted since 2008 and only Ronaldo and Messi have always been the decorations for the Ballon d'Or winner, except in 2018 when Modric managed to transform into a player who could stop domination even if it was only for 1 season.

Overall I never considered him a bad coach but when the context relates to Barcelona there is no denying that he failed there.

Very true. Benzema was in Ronaldo’s shadow in Real Madrid and would have remained hidden if Ronaldo had not left. Benzema just have not a huge media highlight as great as cristiano and messi , among casual football fan .. benzema might be just an ordinary player ... but among die hard footbal fans , everyone knows that benzema are the one need to get respect and awarded kind of ballon d'or thing.

Lewandowski achieve nothing but a very stable performance in the last 3 seasons , we'll see what consideration needed to get the ballon d'or.
