If those who follow club football games are asked about their favorite club, then most of the fans will probably answer that their favorite club is either Barcelona or Real Madrid. If Barcelona and Real Madrid have so many fans, if Girona wins the La Liga title, the fans will probably not be too disappointed because they are used to winning trophies. La Liga will look more interesting and competitive when a new team wins the La Liga title. Apart from Real Madrid, Barcelona or Atlético Madrid, we never thought that any other team would ever win the La Liga title, but this season we may be looking at it. We need to realize that Girona has just one year that they can win, either they win it this season if they are lucky or if not then they are not going to be good at all and they will never have this chance again in the future.

This is where I fully disagree because Girona is structured differently than, for instance, Leicester City when they won the Premier League. Girona is built from the ground up with a successful future in mind. Does anyone here think that a miracle is happening in Girona?

The brother and advisor of Pep Guardiola owns the Girona Football Group and this group in turn owns 44.3% of Girona. This means the City Football Group and the Girona Football Group own almost 90% of the club. Now does anyone understand what is going on there?

I will make a bold prediction: the chance that Pep Guardiola will sign a contract with in the future with Girona is higher than zero! This club has a serious plan and what could be more profitable than establishing a football club in the top of La Liga that belongs to the Guardiola family?

Now imagine Real Madrid can win La Liga and the Champions League title and Bellingham finishes the season with something like 45 goals in 55 games or so, wouldn't he be a potential world player award winner? Given that he is not playing as a pure striker and yet he can keep up with the best strikers in Europe would be a good reason for me to take him onto the podium for those awards.

With the hope that Real Madrid can bring back the UCL trophy this season too.

To me the biggest question mark is the Champions League as I can't tell where exactly Real Madrid stands. Before the start of the season I thought they would not be among the top 2 or 3 teams, but now I changed my mind mainly because of Bellingham's performance and how he fills so many gaps at once. If they can play with their best eleven players, I think Real Madrid has all chances to win the Champions League title. I see them on the same level as Manchester City not because Real Madrid got better compared to last season, but because Manchester City became a little bit worse.

La Liga is interesting as we can see a newcomer there causing some trouble for the big clubs, but it remains to be seen if that will persist for the season. Other than that I think Real Madrid is the favorite for the La Liga title.

There wouldn't be too much additional players into the squad of Real Madrid. They're already good enough so far so good. The recent happenings ND injuries should have affected the club and the rest of the players but the keep on playing like they don't have most important and injured players out. Still not certain who will end up winning the Spanish League.

The transfer window fast here Barcelona should make sure the potholes in the club are well fixed. So far, they're far behind and they keep on killing my predictions for them winning the league once again this season.

There is no safe word for Girona so far even though they have a 2 point gap from Real Madrid. Girona is not the favorite team to win the title this season even though they have great form and lead the standings, but I think Girona has the potential to qualify for the Champions League next season.

Real Madrid, Girona, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid will compete fiercely at the top for the title. Real Madrid will be the main favorites this season, while I will put Girona as second favorites if they are able to maintain their form into the second half of the season. IMO I think at the moment Girona are not really looking to focus on becoming champions because in this case apart from the season which is still long considering we are still in the middle of the season, their burden is now heavy with performance so rather than being bothered by thinking about the championship it would be better for them to continue to think about how their performance remains consistent.

There are still some situations that they need to improve on especially the alignment of their defensive midfielders and defenders but it's something that can be improved. At the moment it looks like Girona's scheme has caught up with some of the other big clubs because they realize scoring goals in a game is important so in the few games they have played their focus has continued to be on the hunt for goals which in turn can be a reversal of their defense which is still a bit fragile but I think it's still a very good strategy that Girona are implementing at the moment.
