Barcelona appeared dominant in the second half, they controlled the game and scored 2 additional goals. Even though Xavi has been sent off, Barcelona's performance is now getting better and they are almost certain to win the match. Lewandowski performed well in this match by scoring 1 goal and 2 assists, that's what is expected from him.

The match is not over yet and there may still be goals to be scored. Barca was able to take control of the game, and made Athletico unable to outplay them at home. I didn't expect that Barca would be able to perform this good in the match, as they are giving Atletico tough time in this match. Currently, Barca is on the second position which is a good achievement for them this season after the challenges that they passed through. Xavi was able to put back his  team together in a good form. Oh shit..Fermini just put the ball at the back of the net on the 65th minutes with a good header after he received a cross directly on his head.

Real Madrid was lucky enoght to be in fight for the tittle against Girona and not against the big teams like Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, but now they are gonna need to save players for the Champions League matches against Manchester CIty which is way more important than the domestic games right now. Lets see how much points they drop in this run.

I believe that Ancelotti should not beach any players before the Champions League and should continue to play the league because when some players are beached, the team may lose some league matches, which I believe is the main reason why Barcelona is losing some league matches, because Xavi will keep them for the Champions League. Real Madrid need to give Girona and Barcelona like 15 points in the league table before he can decide to be resting players for the Champions League competition. I already know Madrid are the favorites to win the laliga sine Girona are no longer in good form to compete with Madrid again, and Barcelona are better then them now because Barcelona are trying to go second position in the league table, if they get the chance and defeat Athletico Madrid I think they can get the chance to move to 2rd place in the table.

Unexpectedly, Barcelona was able to play very brilliantly and so far has a 3-0 lead over Atletico Madrid. The Blaugrana were able to appear dominant even though Xavi as the coach was given a red card by the referee, but Lewandowski and his friends were not afraid at all, even since Xavi left the bench they were able to add two goals.

Thanks to this victory, Barca moved up to 2nd place. Even though they are eight points behind, I don't have the feeling that they will be able to catch Real Madrid at the top of the standings, but if they did, it would be much better if they could finish as runners-up.

I am increasingly convinced that if this kind of performance can be maintained then their hopes are high enough to qualify for the semifinals against PSG in the Champions League. Hopefully can!

The match was a bit unpredictable because I assumed it would be a tight match with the score chasing each other but looking at what happened during the match today I think my assumption was completely wrong in this match because Atletico didn't seem to be able to make any breakthroughs for Barcelona and Barcelona actually played very comfortably in the second half.

Lewandowski's goal early in the second half and Fermin Lopez's goal in the 65th minute seemed to have created a lock that Atletico could not open where they had to admit that Barcelona were still far superior to them.
Now the match enters extra time and 3 points can certainly belong to Barcelona while securing 2nd place temporarily because Girona must lose again in this week's match but it is still not enough because Madrid is still victorious with a gap that is still quite large where 8 points are still difficult to catch up to date.

Yeah this is a little beyond our expectations because previously we hope that Atletico Madrid can play aggressively like in the Champions League yesterday and they played at home but what happened was the opposite, Barcelona won by scoring 3 goals while Atletico Madrid did not score a single goal. Now Barcelona managed to take over the second place in the standings whereas Atletico Madrid had to fight to be able to go back to the Top 4 because they were one point behind the Athletic Club.

I won't talk about Barcelona want to pursue Real Madrid because for me it is impossible and Real Madrid is completely safe at the top of the standings, then waiting for the season to end to celebrate victory. Competition in La Liga is no longer interesting after Real Madrid without competitors, as for what we are waiting for in this league is El Clasico in April, this match always attracts our attention and want to see who is best.

I agree with you that we have already known the winner of the league since Girona failed to close the gap between them and Real Madrid, after Real Madrid defeated them. Apart from Real Madrid already sitting on top for months now, the second, third and fourth position has being interesting. This is because no one expected that Bilbao will be in the fourth position and Atletico Madrid will be behind them. I think that I see Bilbao having a better opportunity of going to the champions league next season that Atletico Madrid, because Bilbao is also stron. I was surprised to see Barcelona take the lead and not too long after, they doubled it. Coming into this game, Athletico Madrid won their UCL tie against Inter, so I was expecting them to put on a serious fight. You can imagine my surprise to see Barcelona win 0-3 aware to Athletico Madrid. It was a small feat. In the lady couple of weeks, this Barcelona team has kept a relatively fine form and I won't be surprised if they go head-to-head with Real Madrid for the La liga title especially now that Girona have lost their form.

Felix is becoming akey play for Barcelona even if lewandoski is there a d doing the the best too but then it's very clear that Felix if given more opportunities will do even more better for Barcelona and so it will be s good signing for Barcelona if after the loan they get to buy him to stay back, so far his performance has been really a good one and has helped the team especially when they do need it the most.

Barcelona's performance will improve during the season because they have the best leading squad. They are not stopping at achieving peak performance with the existing crew.
