In mintpal I don't think there are chances to have it due to their limited skills (NXT has won once the voting but they said that they have not the skills to integrate it, they support bitcoin clones atm).

I also agree with the with the polo-fund option.

I think it might be better to have a refund list and out of this list we will use the voting system this week to vote on it.

There is no point for someone that had 0 funds or minimal < 100000 coins to have a bigger vote than someone that lost 10 mill...

Dzarmush I think it would be wise to hold the Poloniex funds in escrow for the time being. If someone were to track down the sharexcoin owner there is still a (small) chance the coins could be returned to their rightful owners.

I lost 8M, TwinWinNerD about the same amount, another guy 50M. It's already 66. There were some other people I trust who lost a lot. And busoni only have 24M. There's not a slightest chance to cover what we've lost. I'd personally prefer to invest 24M in Qora future than receive a few hundred thousand coins back.

I'm not a direct sharex victim (although we all suffered from the dumping) so I have little right of speaking.

But I think it would be good if Poloniex were to release the funds (Busoni shouldn't be obliged to be responsible for the funds) to the community, and the community to hold the funds in a separate address for say, 3 months. Then, if nobody pursues the sharexcoin case, the funds can be put to use.

If somebody does pursue, the funds should remain in escrow. I just want to rule out any problems in the future that might cost the community more in terms of reputation.

This since the identity of the sharexcoin owner is known, there is talk about bringing him/her to justice and I've seen at least 1 victim oppose the idea of using the funds for the community. IDK how we are doing in terms of community funding, but at least keep this in a separate pot for the time being.

Chances might be slim...  but please keep in mind that all known ShareXcoin holding and deposit addresses still have QORA sitting in them.

I'd prefer busoni send coins to qora or twin. We don't have to spend everything right away but it would be good to know, that coins somewhere inside the community. It's not that I don't trust busoni, after all he froze stolen coins but still I would feel more comfortable if qora was keeping it.

Yep. I don't think busoni wants to be second Qora treasurer also He did the right thing, but now it's time to get coins back to the community. After 3 month we could vote and decide what to do with the coins.

Something like that would be perfect. You could announce this in the various sharexcoin related topics with the addresses in which the funds are being held. So it is clear that the community takes responsibility and is being transparent. Would hate to see us being accused of a cash grab.

I had 10m I bought on Sharexcoin so I'm the first to be annoyed I lost coins but I still say let's put it in the community fund.

Almost everybody agree with that. I only saw one guy who wanted to spend all coins to catch the thief But it doesn't make sense. We need to spend the money for development and marketing and make our coins cost much more than today. That's how we will recover our losses.

I know people want to use it for the community but how about we hold it for now and when the value increases use this money for something big!

Instead of it just being sucked in pieces to different bounties how about we do a big one off marketing event with it. Psychologically it might help people and also we can justify being a bit reckless with the money.

When I mean big I mean something like a big charity giveaway, a big marketing event, an expensive advert, page in financial paper or well known paper advertising Qora as next big thing etc. One big thing that everyone can see something was done with the money. It going on separate small bounties etc will annoy some people.

I stand by this. Yes, Qora IPO people like dzarmush, and others, who were advocating a starting price of 100 satoshi or even more motivated me to start my thread. I stand by my criticism. If you want to grow a community you need to attract new users, and you do that by selling at lower prices at the start. Who knows what would have happened if nobody challenged the Qora IPO people, but my campaign was very direct and transparent, and ultimately effective for me (I bought at 35 satoshi). Judge me anyway you want, but the starting price has been more reasonable, and if I contributed to that then I'm happy. I remember a post from dzarmush advocating sellers to hold out for 500 satoshi!!

I have nothing to do with QoraKnight, but I am supporting Kora.

I will say that many people would be crticial of someone who reveals the contents of private PM's. I'm not a troll, just a buyer on the other side of the trade, and if the sellers in this thread try and push up the price publicly, it seems reasonable for the buyers to try and further their interests by working together to push the price down.

I was very transparent and open about my tactics & why I was doing it, & my PM to dzarmush was sincere. The fact that you reveal the contents of my PM, and call me a troll rather than a market opponent on this occasion, and try and suggest I am QoraKnight says more about you than me. You and others in this thread also resort to personal abuse far to much, and generally seem to be lacking in humour.
