Still investigating I am getting closer to the problem. Hopefully I am right. How much time will be cost to generated next block? we need a fixed time not random.
In the future you will be able to know at exactly which time the next block will be generated. |

That is great. But right now, we need fixed the time to generate next block. I find the block 165 to 166 spent 14 minute. It's terrible. |

I like it how you name versions, reminds me of Chrome. One of things I don't like about Nxt is that it's really hard to follow new versions: 0.7.3, 0.8.11N, 0.9.13 |
