Actually I really doubt that PSG will win, considering that Marseille also has a target to close the distance from PSG in the standings, especially since the match took place at home to Marseille they should have played at full strength to get maximum results. But in fact PSG were far superior in terms of play and they even scored quick goals in the first half through Mbappe and Messi. In the second half, Mbappe scored again and marked his brace in this game.



Luckily I bet PSG even though there was a bit of anxiety, but everything paid off with this 0-3 result.

It looks like PSG knows that they have no chances in the Champions League against Bayern although I believe that they may as well qualify but they got and won against their direct competitor for the title fight and now they have also Marseille out of the equation so they are with peace of mind in Ligue 1 as 8 points difference is big enough to assure that a team like Paris cannot really screw it up that big in Ligue 1 where they dominate as to lose 3 consecutive games and even if they do lose 3 consecutive games which is highly unlikely,the same for Marseille to win 3 consecutive games during such time will be difficult.

I was thinking the same since Marseille were at home they will want to secure their home victory and close up the distance from PSG, after PSG lost to Monaco and had a narrow victory against LOSG but the direct opposite happened. It became a game for Messi and Mbappe. Both players creating opportunities for each other. Two goals, one assist for Mbappe and One goal, two assist for Messi. PSG has widened their point difference with barely 13 matches to take their trophy home.

Marseille proved to be the clear underdog in this game, although before the match many thought that Marseille and PSG had an equal chance of winning. But still PSG in this game proved who the real champion in Ligue 1, and that they are not going to give up three points to the nearest opponent. All three goals were scored by Mbappe and Messi and assisted by them. I think their interaction with each other is at a very good level, no matter what anyone says.

Marseille surprised me in this match, I also expected a much better game from them, and it was very strange for me to see how many mistakes they made in defense. Defeating their biggest opponent with 3 goals in their own stadium is just the best thing they could do, I think French league champion is obvious now. If Marseille won this game they might have a chance but PSG showed everybody that they are on a different level. This league is just too easy for PSG.

PSG performed very well, from the start of the match, I saw the small chance that Marseille had to win. with 2 goals made by mbappe in this match, he is again the top scorer ligue 1 with 17 goals. actually I prefer to see mbappe with messi (because the attack power of PSG's front line is very accurate) rather than neymar with messi or mbappe with neymar.

I have to say that PSG had a very important away win. With this win, they are mentally ahead in the championship race. They beat a team like Marseille with 3 goals away from home. However, from what I saw, psg has proven to be the best team in France. Because 25 games out of 38 have already been played, and I can say that Marseille and Lens have given up trying to catch PSG with the ongoing League 1 trophy. I also believe that there aren't that many more games left to play. This point differential will increase PSG's confidence in winning the trophy.

Surprise, Nice, who play as a guest, managed to score 3 goals without reply. I didn't watch the match last night, but it looks like PSG are really getting a good performance from their two superstars.
Messi contributed two assists to Mbappe's two goals, while Messi got one goal from Mbappe's assist. Both have played well and have benefited PSG, and these are the things that PSG supporters have been waiting for the most from their mega stars.

I agree with you. Despite losing to Marseille in this match, their performance was very good. They tried a lot to score. PSG's defenders performed well. They lost badly and made their point difference even wider. I also hoped that Marseille would not lose, even if they didn't win the game at least a draw would be enough for them.
