There is some new update on German source Bild about Real Madrid to have made a contract offer to Mbappe which is worth 35 million euros per year. However it is said that Mbappe's demand is 70 million euros.

This news might be really true as I have started seeing everywhere after that. However in this situation there is no way these sides are having a deal. I'm curious about why Real Madrid have offered a much less amount to him. They should have known Mbappe would demand a similar amount to what he earns currently.

He'll have to earn it, Yeah he's currently worth it but they want a good atmosphere for everyone right now playing for Real Madrid I love the strategy used by Real Madrid. I can't understand why still people think Lyon's chance for winning this match is high and they can think about Lyon winning this match just because of the three games Lyon won recently while this team is still in the danger zone and they are even about to get relegated at the end of this season while Rennais had much better performance than Lyon and they are in the much better situation than Lyon but that's weird t see even the odds for Rennais is close to Lyon.

The fact that Lyon won three game recently is a confidence boost for them and looking at it form that light, you may definitely want to agree to the fact that they have better chances at winning this game because they will still be having that confidence in the fact that they will be able to win this fixture aswell just like they did with recent games.

If Lyon's performance still does not change in today's match, I think it will be very impossible to get a draw even though the match takes place at Lyon's home ground. Because as you said, Rennes is currently in very good condition so it is very possible to win at home to Lyon in today's match. Losing everyday is part of the game, atleast these clubs are able to bounce back and reclaimed the necessary points accumulated, perhapes not everyone have the strength to maintain good standards food. Lyon is unrecognisable by their fans and rivals. They have a very bad record and they continue to play poorly. Taking 3 goals in the first half of the game against Rennes is beyond expectations.. Rennes aren't playing as good as they used to do in the previous seasons, yet they already scored three goals. They will be lucky if they avoid relegation this season.

Tomorrow, Nice should win against Metz but the most interesting match will be between Monaco (away) and Marseille (home). Odds are close with little advantage for the home team, yet I find Monaco better personally.

This season, Lyon's performance has been quite surprising and not in a good way. From the start, I never expected them to play so poorly. I thought they would fix their mistakes early on, but it's shocking that they haven't improved yet. It's been disappointing to see a team with such a big name struggle so much. Lyon needs to be very cautious because if they don't improve, there's a risk of them getting relegated. It's really sad to witness a club with a great reputation performing so poorly. Hopefully, Lyon can turn things around soon and start playing much better to avoid any further difficulties in the season. Real Madrid will be strong enough if they succeed in getting Mbappe's signature next season. Yes, in this season's transfer window an approach was made by Real Madrid to find a decision with Mbappe regarding their interest in signing Mbappe after his contract ends with PSG. I think the salary demands demanded by Mbappe are quite reasonable and Real Madrid really have to comply if they want to bring Mbappe to their squad. Mbappe is certainly needed by Real Madrid to fill the gap left by Benzema.

On the other hand, there are rumors that Real Madrid will let Vini go to recruit Mbappe. But I doubt that Real Madrid will let Vini go because so far Vini has appeared quite impressive with them. But I won't speculate too much if they will be degraded this season. After all, they still have at least 18 more matches to play until the end of this season. With the performance I see tonight it's most likely Lyon may just get relegated by the end of this season because more losses only means set back and more points away from been able to get out of the relegation but if they were able to win todays game or even get a draw they would have still hope to definitely get out of relegation even if it's just a point above.

Lyon doesn't seem like a team that has got the potential to loose and probably bounce back anytime soon to their form as they should since they are having in mind to exit the temporary relegation on the table. Rennes is now currently at the ninth position on the table with twenty five points having won three games consecutively in their last five game where they lost and drew one each, we expected Lyon tho have shown better performance after have three consecutive wins before this games so they should have had better confidence and a good mentality to winning.

After having the worst start of this season their recent three wins give some good hopes but now suddenly again the lost two matches and in both matches they conceded 3 goals each which are surely going to be troubling time for them because now we are in 19th round and their performance level is still not compatible for having anything positive if they fail to bring better results then surely we can expect them into relegation zone until end of this season which could be disastrous for them and their fans as well now in coming round they are going to host Marseille which is also having very good form, and they can bring them down as well.

Against Rennes, they concede three goals in first half and then try to fight back into second half, but sadly they were not able to fight back as Rennes were better team and having good defense as well after scoring three goals in first half so they have done good job and having good end of this match with three points.
