You should re-read your post and then ask yourself the question whether your chosen words are reasonable in the context of world football as it currently is and what it offers in terms of players. "not be so easy to find a player as good as Mbappe..." There is no player as good as Mbappe that would agree to go to PSG. It's a fact and not a question of intense search. The buzz around Mbappe wouldn't be what it is if there were a few more Mbappe's readily available at the moment.

It's a player's decision if he wants to stay in a club or leave, also it depends on his contract signed with the team as well as the teams decision to either keep him or let him go. In PSG, Mbappe is one key man that they don't want to give off yet. Even though his contract is set to expire by summer, they still know he's advantageous and would want to keep him. For Mbappe, his stay in the team beyond and after the expiration of the contract seems to be dependent on his intentions as well as the teams performance in the long run. Good thing for him that Madrid may not really be interested in him yet until summer so he's got to be a bit patient till then, then maybe, he'd be willing to join the Spanish side.

Everyone will agree that Mbappe is always rumored to be with Madrid but however as long as everything is still not clear then in the end things like this become a wild speculation that will definitely continue to blow and more and more because of the traffic and headlines that are always sought after including for some of the news circulating now no matter true or false but every day there is a lot of the same news where Mbappe and Madrid are always a hot topic.
But we also can't do anything at this point because for the news now everything is also still based on rumors even though there is a strong possibility that it will happen but as long as there is no truly valid source or maybe there is still no confirmation from Madrid, PSG and Mbappe then everything will be hanging including the news you linked to today where even though there is indeed a clarity about the time when Mbappe will be introduced after the European Championship but there is a word "rumored/reportedly" which means everything is still uncertain because in the end there is still no further confirmation and everything is still hanging.

Luis Enrique will look for a player if Mbappe leaves, several names are also rumored to be targets for PSG in the future, such as Osimhen. For now, Enrique has to think about how PSG can progress further in the Champions League, while Mbappe is still with them at the club. I also think so, Osimhen is the best candidate to replace Mbappe, considering his track record in Serie A at Napoli club. If in the end PSG can make a more attractive offer to Osimhen, then it is very likely that he will join to PSG. Especially, if PSG can also provide huge salaries. But on the other side, Chelsea is also a rich club, and I don't think they want to lose the best time to get his signature.

PSG appears to me like they have got a really big issues with scouting a d they need to improve their quality of scout because they seem to get good players but not the best combinations to give them the kind of results they would be aiming to achieve with their new signings, osimhen isn't a bad deal but PSG isn't a team that will really being out the best in him and so if he get a deal with them he might aswell leave immediately after his deal elapses which will mean they didn't get the best of him.

Osimhen isn't even looking like he will be putting in to consideration going to France or PSG as most of his aspirations has always been around england and so he will be most likely be looking out for the best deal from Chelsea rather than PSG, the resources to get osimhen might not be much issues in PSG because apparently they have got the resources but they may not be his desired destination but then if he doesn't get the desired offer from his desired destination then he may put them into consideration.  I don't think the offer if huge salaries at this point will be the primary factor for osimhen's move even if it's a key factor but then it appears at this point for osimhen it's about his career more.
