But all the questions appeared when anyone try to withdraw funds. Why the so called gambling site create problem at the time of deposit as well as why there is no problem at the time of betting on the sites. All the time problem occurs when the player win and try to withdraw their funds.
From my observations, most of the situations are when 1xBit blocks the user's account due to the fact that it has violated the ToS rules. (Of course, in such a situation it is not possible to withdraw manually.) However, even in a situation where the player tried to cheat, 1xBit withdraws money to the value of the deposit. In my opinion, this is a fair solution.

If anyone loss then there is no violations of their terms and conditions but while a user win a good number of amount then the violation arises. Isn't it lame excuse???

Unfortunately, but when we have a situation word against the word - that is, the player says he did nothing, and the casino claims that he violated the rules, we have a deadlock. In such a situation, in my opinion, the best solution is to return the deposit and say goodbye by both parties. And what you say is a bit illogical. Why would the casino investigate when someone lost?

Do you say that the winning is a violation of T&S?!?! That is one of the craziest things I saw lately! Too many people already said goodbye to 1xbit, if you didn't notice! Because casinos can't block user's accounts just because they want to, without any proof! Or they can, like 1xbit is doing, but then reputation will suffer, as you can see on 1xbit example! You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.

Too many people already said goodbye to 1xbit, if you didn't notice! Because casinos can't block user's accounts just because they want to, without any proof! Or they can, like 1xbit is doing, but then reputation will suffer, as you can see on 1xbit example!
As you can see, many people have negative opinions on this matter. However, I do not believe that in case a player tries to cheat, the casino has to tolerate it and do nothing. Returning the deposit and saying goodbye by both sides is the most fair solution in my opinion.

As far as I can judge, a gambling addiction is of course not the fault of 1xbit. I don't think an accusation is in order there either. What I do wonder is what bets would these unfairly placed bets be from? Does the OP have a screenshot of that?
Wtf unfairly placed bets even mean? If the casino thinks the bet is unfair, they shouldn't even let you bet on that game in the first place. If they are going to cancel bets because they think it was "unfair" then they shouldn't operate a casino. If a casino fails to make money even though mathematically the odds are in favor of the casino, it just means they suck at doing their job.

I don't think these words are about a single bet or an error in setting the odds. From what my guess is, it's about some manipulation by creating multiaccounts and placing certain combinations of bets on them. I do not know how it looks like, but from a few explanations written by 1xBit support, I concluded something like that. The mere creation of multiple accounts seems strange and suspicious to me, so all in all I'm not surprised that the casino often responds to this kind of behavior with an account lockout.

How should I know how this case will end and what caused this situation in general? But I know that there are many dishonest players who try to cheat the system. Don't expect any casino to give money back to someone who tried to cheat them. When it comes to solving cases through 1xBit support, I can see that everyone gets answers to all their questions.
But all the questions appeared when anyone try to withdraw funds. Why the so called gambling site create problem at the time of deposit as well as why there is no problem at the time of betting on the sites. All the time problem occurs when the player win and try to withdraw their funds. This is a normal thing that do happen in gambling sites and also other trading sites. Don't see it as a bias or fault from 1×bit but from yourself by checking if you are not faulting the term and condition of their site. I have been kicked out from a trading site just because I ignorantly opened multiple accounts making consistent profits till one day, one of my accounts was banned with no access to it. Although i wrote to there customers service but never got a reply. It was later I noticed that it was due to multiple accounts opening and other faults from me which I was never aware of. What pains me most was that, my account with most funds was banned till today. I learnt my lesson and I would want everyone to do the same in respective of the condition, to adhere to terms and conditions. I come in peace!

If someone tries to withdraw funds which he won dishonestly, why should the casino allow him to do so? After all, winning money by cheating is normal theft and a crime. The situation becomes more complicated when neither one nor the other party can show evidence of their innocence or that there has been a scam. However, it looks like that this is a specific feature of this 'sport'.

Look at this: I contacted 1xbit through chat and they told me, like ToS to contact block@1x-bit.com in order to get my account closed immediatly. I sent the email on 29th July to block@1x-bit.com asking to close my account permanently: https://i.imgur.com/0qRc3e4.pngI NEVER got any answer on that email Thread and it was indeed sent to them. They refuse to reply to any confirmation about that email. I sent screenshots and their customer support bots seems to ignore all my questions... I wanted they to confirm why is my 29th July email being ignored!? Isn't suppose to have all queries to be answered in turn? Why was my 10th August email replied within a few minutes, and the 29th July wasn't? https://i.imgur.com/sPVMZzn.pngIt is impossible to have a conversation with them. https://i.imgur.com/LY8bL1s.jpeg

Either way, just closing your account won't help you. After all, there are thousands of other gambling sites where you can open an account at any time. I think you should think about more serious steps to deal with this problem.

1xbit should clarify how users have violated the terms. You can't just say that the game was unsportsmanlike. If they do, they have the right to cancel bets. But now the suspicions are running against them. If there is more explanation, it would make a big difference to the reputation.

Who gives a crap about their clarifications when they continue scamming gamblers on a regular basis? They use the TOS to come up with all sorts of excuses in order to look legitimate. If there is more explanation, it would make a big difference to the reputation.
Wrong. What about all those gamblers who lost their funds without resorting to anything illegal on this site? You are deluding yourself by thinking that explanations can save their reputation. No explanation can help these scammers overturn their reputation at this point.

If they want to do this , then it should be from long time ago but instead they continuously hiding in their "Violation of Terms" in which must requires proof, because you can just keep telling people here and there about that reason when there is not clarity. look how many of the claims about this same issue and they are given the same reason again and again? that the banning comes from Multi Accounting in which always the same reason of scam sites. they should have open those proof before their reputation totally ruin because of their own actions.

There is too much unsportsmanlike behaviour by the 1xbit scammers and you are part of that process. Can any representative of the 1xbit scammers explain what name and address should they put on the summons if they want to start litigation against the 1xbit scammer? Placing a bet knowing that this bet is controversial to your previous bet, which will eventually help you to be in profit in any way - that's an example of unsportsmanlike bet. Looks like OP finally stopped updating this thread , so what can we see next their Signature campaign and the HONEST review campaign will end shortly? does the effect of bumping the issues here comes finally?
As for their honest review thread, what was the point of even setting that up when it did nothing to provide confidence to those that had been scammed by the 1xbit scammers? It was a PR disaster.
They are using the Honest review as defense as they are nothing to prove but to use some paid strategy to try clearing their ruined sit.

There, I left my honest review. In case it gets "lost" here it is.
My experience with 1xbit.
I saw that they have a huge offer for sportsbetting and decided to try them.
Deposit was easy and fast.
Played there for a while until one day I couldn't log in to my account. Opened my email and contacted them about my issue. They replied with their generic response that I violated their ToS and they are stopping doing any business with me. Then they allowed me to log back in. They voided all my winning bets and then told me to withdraw the rest of my funds from the account.
This is my honest review of this betting platform.

To understand the situation better, I would like to ask what happened step by step, because this bold text changes the picture of this situation quite a bit. Does this mean that you made a deposit, sent an email shortly after asking for your deposit to be returned and your account closed, then you started playing and you lost that deposit?

When you are addicted you have some times that you are lucid and I had one of those times when I sent the email. I never got any reply on that email so far. I continued to play up to 10th August when I sent a new email. Step by step: On 29th July I sent the specified email to block@1x-bit.com requesting to close my account. I had loss much money and I intended to have help to stop. I also had a pending big deposit on that time. That email was never answered. I was completely ignored. I received my deposit on next day and I continued to play and depositing more. On 10th August I sent a new email and it was instantly closed. The issue here is the fact my emails on 29th July were ignored completely. I'm asking to be refunded to that moment when I asked to have my account closed. After that I lost over 60mBT between new deposits.

I have not heard of a situation where the casino would give back money that someone lost without the system mistake. Im sure you feel disappointed because account has not been closed, but just like you sent the email, you were able to withdraw your deposit. Probably also if you had won and not lost, the situation would have been different. Anyway, I wish you good luck!
