I think Manchester United has more chances to be in the top 4 this season than the last one,of course if Ronaldo stays,no matter his age he still can deliver and his physical condition continues to be great.They need to find some consistency and that is true but I think this is up to the coach more than the players,if he can harmonize the team that he has I am pretty confident the 4th place is quite achievable.

For Chelsea I see it very difficult in this upcoming season to do as good as they did in the last one.This is for the well known problems of the team after the sanctions of UK hit the Chelsea owner,we don't know how the future will be for Chelsea but I assume not as bright as it was under Abramovich ownership.

Ronaldo departure was a big blow for Manchester United because the balance of the club would be a bit chaotic if he left because last season Manchester United relied heavily on Ronaldo. Manchester United also lacks attacker players and only Edinson Cavani and Anthony Martial are Erik projections for next season. if they don't get some good players in this transfer season I think manchester united will have a hard time catching the 4th place next season. Tottenham, Arsenal, Chelsea, City and Liverpool are already very strong next season if we look at the players they have signed in this transfer window.

It's still too early to talk about Manchester United's chances, we need to start the season and then we will see what the team is capable of with a new coach. I don't he wouldn't move to other club on 2023 since it's too soon, moreover Manchester City already pay him very huge amount, he got paid around $27 Million/year. If some Italian league club want to pay him more, he would want to join. I guess he either join to Juventus, Inter Milan or AC Milan, I don't think there's a club can pay him same or higher than his current payment.

But I saw there's a rumor in some sites that Guardiola will join Barcelona again, however this will hurt Xavi's reputation since many people will think Xavi isn't good become a coach.
