What's currently going on at Chelsea is what many Chelsea fans feared. Chelsea has been linked with nearly everyone I can think of. Currently now it is Raheem Sterling they are going after yet they haven't made any purchase yet instead they are having Lukaku on loan. I  think Chelsea fans should be worried that Roman Ibrahomovic is no longer the owner of the club, it would have been easier for them to make the signings.  It's left for Tuchel to find a replacement for Romelu Lukaku

In my own opinion, Chelsea has more work to do at the defence than the attack. We need 2 Quality Centre Backs, If Alonso, Azpi and Emerson leave, Clauss and Sosa could be good for us on the cheap. Jorginho could also be replaced by Gilmour, while we still have Kovacic, Kante, Loftus-Cheek and Gallagher in midfield, we really don't need to replace anyone unless someone leaves. Werner, Ziyech can leave, and bring in Broja, with Havertz leading the line.

I think Chelsea are being too careful with how much they spend in the transfer window. Lots of fans were worried when Roman Ibrahomovic had to sell the club because of the sanctions, his absence is more painful as the new owner seem unwillingly to splash cash to buy players. The mighty blues might just become like Arsenal. I think the new owner should do more than his predecessor did, Chelsea is a big club and has good history players would want to play for.

Firmino and Jota are decent players undoubtedly. However there is another fact about their situation to me. They haven't been quite enough strikers for a team like Liverpool. I'm aware that Liverpool are like Manchester City and they can get efficiency from the other players than their centre-forward more in terms of scoring goals. But I still believe that having a very reliable striker is always important for every team. For example, Manchester City signed Erling Haaland to feel more confident about that. As a result I appreciate Liverpool for doing the same thing by signing Nunez.

Jota actually performed quite well in my opinion especially this season even though he was sometimes placed as a rotation player or substitute there but he is still very worthy of a striker.
As for Nunez, he is a pretty good asset for the future, he is still very young and the potential he gives is evident in his stellar performances at Benfica.
This is something good. Maybe for next season Jota's role will still be the same and Klopp will focus more on Diaz, Nunez and Salah in attack.

Bringing Darwin Nunez to the club was a good one, and also a good replacement for sadio mane, perhaps we all know this signing will really affect diogo jota and firmino, cause I don't think they will have enough playing time in the team. Diogo jota is really a nice player to me, he performed so well in his  match appearances last season, but wasn't giving enough playing after bringing in Lucas Diaz. Despite that he manage to net fifteen goals for the season, that alone shows his worth in the team, though with Darwin Nunez present in the team, he won't have enough playing time, he will be use as a substitute in most matches cause I think the coach will be focusing more on Darwin Nunez, salah and Lucas Diaz.

Being careful may be a natural thing for now, they are currently in a transition period and when just one mistake is made it will indeed have an impact on their finances as well.
On the other hand last season they have failed to spend money after Lukaku was not able to show well there. It will be possible for them to be more selective so that failures like this can be minimized properly.

As far as I know, Chelsea is no longer interested to keep Lukaku because he never fits with Chelsea tactics. In my opinion, the best solution is to sell him, not loan him to another team. If there is an offer to sign Lukaku permanently, Chelsea must consider choosing that offer. So, they're really going to part with Lukaku. If they loan him, there is still a chance for Lukaku to return again to Chelsea. I'm sure there are many teams interested to sign him permanently since he is a top striker.

They can buy players for the future if any of the players leave. If they buy them in the summer, they can put them on the field as substitutes to get them used to the new conditions and be ready to go into the starting line-up to replace the players who left. I think this option is very convenient for the coach and even for the player to reach his potential gradually.

There is no doubt that Liverpool and Man City already have great squads and in addition to quality players with fantastic transfers, it is possible for many to believe Liverpool and Man City will be tough competitors in the EPL again next season.
Because the competition hasn't started yet so I'm sure other teams can still compete, some other teams are still looking for quality players before the league starts so I think the race will still be tight for the EPL even though Liverpool and Man City are favorites.

Manchester city and Liverpool has always been a tough team and very competitive,  the reasons why it seems this two teams will be very tough next season is because Manchester City and Liverpool are so serious in signing the best players into their team and this makes the two team to have quality performance.  Manchester City and Liverpool can be the reason why the EPL is always tough and interesting.

Chelsea is still focusing on the front line, it seems, because the target that is currently developing is forward, namely Sterling from Manchester City. Chelsea loan of Lukaku to Inter Milan automatically becomes a big question mark for now which player will be suitable to replace the position left by Lukaku. He helped Harry Kane a lot also to find himself in the team again. When we take all of these into account I'm starting to think like Tottenham might do even better than Chelsea and Arsenal next season. But it is just an assumption of course as we don't even know the future transfers of these three teams. Those transfers are also going to shape their way next season.

If we are talking about Mikel Arteta and Arsenal's rise last season, I'd also like to add some of my opinion about these. Mikel Arteta was appointed as Arsenal manager on late 2019. He has been managing the team since then and his current contract expires in the summer of 2025. This has been a really long run for him here but the last season performance of the team must have helped consolidate his place in the team more surely too. He was being criticized about the that horrible start to the previous season. But everything changed so fast thanks to their unbelievable recovery. Fans also started to believe in him and the team. Their performance on the final weeks wasn't very impressive but they still managed to have a decent ending. I started to think that they can do even better than this and finish in top 4 this time. Their transfers can play a big role in this too and the possibility of bringing Gabriel Jesus must be making the fans really excited now.

In any case, this season will be decisive for Mikel Arteta's fate at Arsenal as head coach. I do not think that the club's management will continue to cooperate with him if Arsenal does not get at least into the coveted number of the first four Premier League clubs that take part in the Champions League this season. Last season showed that the specialist has the potential for this and the club was very close to it until the very last rounds of the championship. Now you just need to realize this potential and achieve the desired result. Arsenal cannot afford such expenses as Manchester City or Chelsea, so the main bet on Arteta's coaching skill is to use those players that are available and strengthening the face of Jesus would be very useful.

Tottenham are really very strong now especially when they have Conte as their coach.He has really been instrumental to Tottenham's success ever since he came to the team.Harry Kane was on the verge of leaving the team,but Conte came and change his mindset,and ofcourse Kane is enjoying their coach Conte now because he has helped him rediscovered his form.
Tottenham will be more stronger next season,but so as Arsenal will be stronger too,because they are making quality signings and are hoping to be in the top four by all means next season.Lets wait to see the team that will surprise us next season. By claiming the tittle.

Although I admit Lukaku's style of play is suitable for playing in Serie A, to be honest with Lukaku's return to Inter as a loan player I have some doubts about his performance. Indeed there isn't much evidence to doubt it, but if I consider when Lukaku was previously treated the same way when his performance dropped and then increased and decreased again, in reality the case is at least the same as it is now. Curious why Chelsea do this over and over again with the same players, because I think it would be better for Lukaku to stay at Chelsea because maybe his performance will improve over time. Hopefully when at Inter Milan he can return to his best form and can get a main place as a striker in the formation that will be applied by the coach. Lauturo Martinez is still very good for his position at Inter and the issue of the arrival of Paulo Dybala will also make Inter Milan's front line competition more lively.

There is no certainty regarding a deal between Paulo Dybala and Inter Milan, it seems that the problem is the high salary demanded by Dybala. If both of them wouldn't give in, then there will definitely be no deal, which means Dybala won't be playing with Inter next season. Tottenham was once interested in signing Dybala, but in the end, they gave up because the salary that Paulo Dybala wants is very high and Tottenham couldn't fulfill it.
