I feel in this transfer market that most teams don't seem to be in a rush to buy players. Is this just my feeling? We can count players who actually make deals and there aren't too many. Could they make a move before the transfer window closes? Or maybe they are not interested in bringing in a lot of new players.

Some teams who have what they want to do next season have already done their recruitment to prepare and blend well from preseason.The best time to do business is now that their is no much pressure on the players and their agent,the only problem now is that players are always very expensive at this period because they will be having in mind that they still have more time to do business with other clubs,but deadline transfer is always like a come now or never come again thing,or accept this offer now or leave it,so it makes the players go to whatever club that needs them cheap.
But a team like Arsenal,they've started doing their thing and wants to conclude business by the start of preseason.

I don't think there's anything strange whether they move sooner or later in this transfer window, because they will certainly consider it better at least to make sure his purchase is the right choice. To me arsenal performance was more better than that of Manchester  united rating from the position. Today I went to the sports news site and came to the news: "Barcelona is including Maguire in the negotiations for De Jong"

 

so far I was already shocked, but there are two parts that left me much more shocked:

1 - Manchester United declined the offer, and to make it even worse, Manchester United's coach said he need Maguire services, man that made me think: " what good can we expect from Manchester United next season? " already i see the manchester united defense conceding a lot of goals 

2 - What the hell has the barcelona that they want Maguire? Barcelona's defense is already bad and they still want to bring in Maguire? 

In my opinion, Harry Maguire is not a quality player to play in Barcelona. I don't understand how even Manchester United still want to keep it in their squad. A defender who makes a lot of mistakes. I think they should get a quality defender and send Maguire off the team as soon as possible. I have to admit that I was very surprised to learn that Barcelona wanted Maguire.

I have not totally condemned Maguire though, he is a fine player, good with long passes and we have seen in on several occasions getting the ball through to the attackers from the back. I think the problem with Harr Maguire is the pressure and the weight of the team on his shoulders, the pressure of the team not performing well is much on him. I say this because he becomes a different player when he plays for the three Lions, he is composed, covers his areas and plays comfortably, maybe Barcelona also see things from my perspective that's why they want him.

I hope Ajax accepts this second bid for Lisandro Martinez. Although there is a competition from Manchester United and with his former Boss influence, it might look complicated. If Arsenal can get this Guy, he will be a very good addition to the team. I admire his versatility. He is a player who can play on multiple positions as well as James Milner. He’s a technical and solid player. I think the main reason why Arsenal couldn’t make the champions league last season was when injuries came in.
