I think that Mohamed Salah definitely deserves his new contract. In the end he has had the biggest contribution to the successes of the team so far with his goals and assists. Maybe the deal is really huge but he is one of the greatest players right now. It is normal for him to demand a contract like this. However I agree with people who are saying that the other players who have made big contributions deserve a wage increase too. Liverpool have played very strongly as a team too in the end.

But I feel same way they offered Salah a contract extension,they should also have done to Sadio Mane.
I'm directly blaming Jurgen Klopp for the loss of Sadio Mane in the Liverpool squad, he had a role in keeping Salah,but cared less in terms of Sadio Mane. I see the red flags already despite not even been in the Club. I love the fact that Mane loves the club he is right now and will play and score goals without a rumpled face.

How many Goals can Salah offer Liverpool this season? Let's watch if he gives them 20+ goals this season. Happy he's got an extension but not happy they Sadio Mane slipped off them hand's, hopefully they don't regret it.

This is already a pretty rare case for Liverpool to actually agree on this but considering that Salah has been giving alot for the club, then I guess they have no other choice to actually agree on his demands. Imagine if they actually decided to sell him because of it, the fans would be mad and that would also affect the club

West Ham would stay as one of the strong teams to beat for the biggest teams of the league anyway. Maybe it is really difficult for them to finish a season in top four now but they can still be one of the biggest contenders for the fifth and sixth positions. Their last season effort was really impressive and this kind of good transfers can help the team get stronger and stay where they are in the worst case. I remember West Ham's very poor times too so it's good to see them like this now.

West Ham have been doing great for quite some seasons now maintaining top ten position in the league and even finishing top 6 the previous season qualifying for the Europa league. I am also surprised by this news, finally Livepool is willing to not be stingy for Salah. Responding to your question, I think if there are players like Salah who have contributed greatly to this Club and then ask for a salary increase, like what Salah has been do it. Agree with what you said, For Salah, actually if they don't need it I think it will be very difficult to increase it this much because from the start they have said that the salary is too big and they are difficult to agree on, but for now the role is wrong still very vital whether they want to do it or not because losing this player will be fatal in the next season.

Indeed, that is the destiny of Moh Salah where his compatibility with Liverpool is absolutely perfect and so one-of-a-kind. Maybe at another club, I'm not sure Moh Salah will be this good. Because in the hands of Klopp, Moh Salah has become a skilled and reliable player. Liverpool makes Salah the key to next season. But if look at the potential, the top position of the premier league standings will probably not change much, at least I predict it will be filled, city, liverpool, chelsea, tottenham, and man united. For clubs below that the chance is very small but it doesn't rule out the possibility

On the whole you are right, these teams are constantly fighting amongst themselves. I do not know about Gabriel myself, both teams are good and their conditions are quite acceptable, but I think the style would suit him more Arsenal, he will be more comfortable there, and Arsenal would not mind to sign such a player, he can certainly strengthen the squad

He has done a lot for the club and after Mane left he will be the only superstar so far in the team and i think that he wanted that. Also he finally got that big contract deal that he wanted over the last few years. Now with Diaz they will make a great combo

According to Sky Sports, the Kalvin Phillips deal is almost done for Manchester City now. They are expected to complete the signing very soon and the deal is worth 45 million pounds now. Of course they would be happy salah is in the peak of his performance he can play atleast 4 years at such a high level i think it would've been a disaster if liverpool management were not able to extend his contract he is involved in the majority of the team goals so losing mane and him will have a huge impact on the team performance next season.
