I think they have Sarr there and there is Chalobah who did well last season so I think they are gonna stick to only one buy at Central defence. As for striker, yes they do need a reliable and experienced striker. It will be a tough one for them to find one who will fill exactly what they are looking for.

Havertz is not a goalscorer and well he is trying. Werner is also having difficulty but he has great pace but not a good finisher. They can still use Ziyech but unfortunately Tuchel doesn't favours him a lot. I think it's time to use some of the options properly. Also there are lot of young players filled with potential like Gallagher, Broja who can really contribute well if given chances.

Chelsea biggest problem is recruitment, since Marina got sacked the transfer transactions going on at the stamford bridge has been ridiculous. Ofcourse Marina has made bad deals, yet not of these calibre. Chelsea risk loaning a 110m lukaku for 10m, using werner (worth 60m) as a player + 65m swap to sign De Ligt. Poor poor decisions. it promises to be a bad season for Tuchel boys

The main reason why Manchester City have brought Erling Haaland must be that they want to achieve the Champions League title easier. By saying easier I don't mean that it is going to be easy for them. But they have a much more reliable and stronger centre-forward on the front. We don't know how much time it will take him to start playing as always but hopefully it won't take long. Manchester City aren't stopping now of course and they are still continuing on their transfers. Kalvin Philips is nearly done too.

I also agree like you. They have a target they haven't got with Pep. I'm actually very happy with Man City's style of play, but they lost in terms of effectiveness to Madrid in the UCL last season. I think their game is perfect and entertaining. Pep is experienced with Barca, the quality is very good, at Man City he has abundant funds of course player options will be easy to get. But if Pep fails next season maybe there will be an evaluation for him. He's been with City for almost 7 years, but it looks like he hasn't won the UCL yet.

Lukaku had to leave beacuse he didnt do anything for Chelsea this season and just missed a lot of good chances. For Lukaku it is good that he returned to Inter where he plays the football of his life. While Chelsea needs to act fast and buy some good attack players

So far Chelsea have being very quiet in the transfer window, the fans have being complaining about their silence and inactivity in the transfer window and it looks like the new owner of the club is not a "splash the cash" type of boss and the fans are already growing angry with this development. Chelsea was/is not ready for life without their big spender Roman Ibrahomovic. If they could get De Ligt I think the fans will be really happy and he will be a good replacement for Rudiger too.

Agree, it is not too far from the expected price but €10m isn't a little money, bro. I assume €10m is very meaningful for Barcelona, especially with their current financial situation. Because of this, I doubt if Barcelona wants to deal with the current offer made by Man United (€65m). Well, maybe if Man United makes an offer €70m, Barcelona wants to let Frenkie move to Man United.

Yes indeed so far Chelsea  has not been active in the transfer market but Chelsea  already has some target players
But so far there has been no announcement about it although Chelsea  finances are very good this season

Manchester City have a great management and I love it. They are signing top players like Haaland and Philips because they want to win the titles next season unlike Chelsea and Manchester united that are busy making noise on which player to sign. Everyday they are busy showing interest in, checking, monitoring potential new players, progressing, vying to buy, eyeing, pushing, believed to be interested in but to sign the player is the problem.

Haaland's arrival will definitely make Man City stronger. The last few years Man City have proven to be one of the best teams, Haaland will perfect that.
In fact I'm sure that most of the Premier League teams were immediately worried as soon as Man City got Haaland. However, I don't think the other teams need to raise the flag of giving up so quickly, because it will be interesting to see how the new Man City players adjust to the team.

Mostly peoples are linking Haaland's transfer with Manchester City's Champions League desire, but they are giving strength to their squad for next few years which is good work done by management even their desire about Champions League is also ok but right now we have two teams in Europe which are going for this and both managements are from Gulf region which mean both are taking this as matter of prestigious and every season we are having some good changes and big investments which are not working, but surely we will have some changes in next few seasons because now they are also having good experience and trying to have right peoples for their clubs for me right now Manchester city is much better for this win instead of PSG because they are playing very smartly and this can give them better response in coming season.

They have been very passive in transfers this season which makes Fans a bit upset about it.
The change of leadership could be one of the reasons for Chelsea as it is now because there are still many problems that occur in their management structure that impact everything related to Chelsea.

Rumours are flying that Rooney is leaving Derby County. I have no idea why Rooney is leaving Derby County but whatever the reasons be he would be looking and open for better opportunities. It would be good for him if he gets a club in the EPL to manage . I would love to see him coming back to  the EPL this time as a manager coaching a premier league club. I wish him good luck in his managerial career and hope to see him win trophies as a manager.

Chelsea indeed needs to sign more players. Because, majority of Premier League teams are taking good advantage of the current transfer windows, and are basically getting their squad ready for the upcoming session. Therefore, if Chelsea don't probably get good replacement of those players that have departed the team. Then, their performance next season will definitely be terrible. Also, they had a bad defense last season, which affected their performance. Thomas Tuchel have to work more on their defense.

i agree with you, chelsea last season had great difficulties in scoring goals, but the most irritating part about them is that when they manage to be winning 2 - 0 against a weak opponent, they concede 2 or even 3 goals to the opponent by doing with the game ending in a draw or even them losing the game and this happened several times. i read that the owner of chelsea is interested in cristiano ronaldo, i wonder what chelsea would be like with cristiano ronaldo?

Arsenal are trying to build a solid team as it seems from their movement and if they succeed, they will be able to compete both City and Liverpool.

Actually the price set by Barcelona for FDJ (€75 million) is not expensive, during joining Barcelona FDJ always played well, his contribution on the field makes him the most needed player in the squad.

Yes, Barcelona expects to get a lot of money from Frenkie De Jong's transfer fees although I think his performance wasn't very impressive last season. If there is an offer of €70 million, I assume it deserves Frenkie De Jong's price. Let's hope Man United has €70 million to get an agreement from Barcelona management. But if Barcelona insists to let him go at €75 million, I am not sure if Man United wants to spend €75 million because it is clearly expensive. €75 million is a lot of money, Man United can get 2 top midfielders with that money.
