I would not say that, since what all coaches want is to build a better club and initiate their own idea on the players, that's his one of the significant functions of a coach is to guild the players on the best strategy to adopt, and potters mission to improve Chelsea was a failed one, and even Lampard did not succeed in coaching Chelsea when potter was sacked, and it was getting more difficult for him to control Chelsea but since they have a new coach lets see if his strategy will favor the club.

Poccetino has experience working with the most star players, so at least he shouldn't have a problem with discipline. The main thing is to show results in the beginning to return everyone's confidence that Chelsea are still a top club.

Since Chelsea is a top club but is broken, I hope Poccetino will be the solution to Chelse's problem and not make it worse because sometimes the solution might be the actual problem still waiting to see the out of his performance. Actually, I don't understand this choice. It would be sad for De Gea if this happens because he is now a goalkeeper who will become a Manchester United legend. Despite being 32 years old, we can say that last year was also successful. Also, I think the bad goalkeeper impression necessary for change cannot be spoken for De Gea. Pochettino already has experience coaching Premier League teams, but to be able to improve the performance of a team that has been slumped is not easy, especially since Chelsea is one of the top Premier League teams who are definitely targeting a team to become champions.
I think Pochettino should be given more time by the management of the Chelsea team to be able to rebuild this team, if Chelsea's management is still the same as last season which changed many coaches then there is no hope for the Chelsea team to recover.

In fact, the problem lies with Todd Boehly not Graham Potter. he was only chosen, because other coaches did not want to handle the situation that was facing Chelsea. The thing is, there's a reputation at stake. which in the end, Potter accepted the offer with the risk that was on his shoulders. Initially Chelsea went well under Potter, unfortunately the problem came when there were many Chelsea players who were hit by injuries. at the same time, Chelsea was getting worse and worse so Potter became Todd Boehly's scapegoat. after that, none of the coaches were willing to handle Chelsea which in the end Lampard tried his luck again. with the scenario, if successful his career will recover. unfortunately, under his tutelage everything is getting messy even though Chelsea has brought in many newcomers even with expensive bandrol.

I think we all still don't know what impact Pochettino will have on Chelsea's form, but there is good hope of him next season.

The worst Chelsea coach in my opinion is Frank Lampard and I really regretted Chelsea's appearance when under this coach.
