I totally understand what you're saying. it's just that, if Manchester United was acquired by Sir Jim Ratcliffe, what's the difference with the Glazer family. which in essence, they only care about money. In the last few seasons, we have seen the dominance of teams like Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United, and Chelsea. But after a long time this season, the Arsenal team has performed well and competed for the title. The manager is still limited as he can only work with what was given to him. The new owners will still play a major role in turning things around for the club and Pochettino can only hope he gets the pieces that he really wants. The question here is if top players are willing to join an organization that's still in shambles.

Of course Pochettino will start his career with Chelsea full of challenges next season because Pochettino is expected to be able to bring changes to Chelsea performance next season to be able to improve their quite messy pace this season. Apart from that, I think the Chelsea management or Chelsea owners have tried hard to build Chelsea this season where the management brought in a lot of good quality players but they still failed and the main thing is their form of play.

I predict that Chelsea in this transfer season will be even more busy, especially in fixing the gaps in last season weaknesses which they can fix in the transfer window.
