Darwin Nunez was compared to Haaland. And while not scoring as many goals as Haaland, I think Darwin Nunez has the potential. He is not a worse player than Haaland. Since Liverpool's entire team was unstable. So we don't get a better performance than Darwin Nunez. If the Liverpool coach is able to stabilize the squad next season, we will probably see more goals from Darwin Nunez.

Sure, Darwin Nunez isn't a bad player. But he isn't comparable with Haaland. The number of goals means a lot, mate. It indicates how the performance of a player, especially since he is a striker (CF). You can see that the number of Nunez's goals in the last season is even not half of Haaland's total goals. Nunez's contribution to the field is also not as significant as Haaland's contribution. So, I'm not sure if Nunez has a chance to perform like Haaland in the next season. Although he is quite skillful but he doesn't have a good mentality as Haaland.

Nunez was predicted to play an important role in his squad after showing a very impressive performance at his old club, but in reality he had difficulty adapting to Liverpool which made him unable to show his best game. While Haaland didn't take long to adapt to Manchester City, he immediately became the new idol of the Etihad public due to his prowess in scoring goals. Haaland was more successful than Nunez in his first season in his at EPL career, he was able to bring Manchester to their first treble winner as well as being the top scorer in the EPL and UCL.
After going through a first season at Liverpool that was not too impressive, Nunez had to try hard to improve his performance like when he was defending Benfica. I can't say Nunez is a failed purchase for Liverpool because he has just finished one season with Liverpool.

I cannot ignore the fact that Nunez's transition to Liverpool has been far from seamless. Haaland's success at Manchester City starkly contrasts with Nunez's struggles. But to blame Nunez alone for this would be unfair. Football is a team sport, and the performance of one player is significantly influenced by the overall team performance. I think the team's declining performance was a major factor in Nunez's difficulties in finding his footing. But this was only his first season, and judging him solely based on this would be premature. Nunez is a player of significant quality, as his past performances indicate. I strongly believe he will bounce back in the next season and make a valuable contribution to Liverpool.

Haaland has got a stable squad. And got an experienced coach. Every Manchester City player is very helpful. The bond between the players is very good. And so Haaland has no problem adapting to this team. He has been able to adapt easily to City's players and has consistently put in good performances. On the other hand, Liverpool's scenario is completely opposite. The performance of this team was very poor in the last season. And for a long time, they were not even in the top 10 of the points table. Nunez could not adapt to this group due to the unstable condition of the whole team. And so I won't blame Nunez for his poor performance this season.

Ilkay Gundogan really seems to be leaving Manchester City this season. Man City has actually tried to defend the captain. But it seems Ilkay Gundogan wants to get a new challenge in another league. And Gundogan's goal is now clearer, namely to Laliga and more precisely based on the news I read that Gundogan seems to have agreed to leave Man City and will join Barcelona. And Gundogan seems to have met Xavi (Barcelona coach) first. And have made a deal. I think Barcelona were very lucky because they got Ilkay Gundogan. If next season Liverpool is normal, then perhaps Nunez will even compete with Haaland for the top 1, because despite the fantastic start and many records, Haaland scored only 6 goals more than Kane, who plays for the miserable Tottenham.

Yes, I think everyone already knows about Haaland and the quality of play he has. Nunez is a potential player for Liverpool but indeed these two players cannot be compared, and if indeed compared, Haland's performance is far above Nunez as you say. I think the end of the Premier League last season was enough to prove that Manchester City can always win full points compared to Liverpool, who appeared inconsistent and could be said to be bad. Im very happy manchester city makes a move for him. As far as i know that if manchester city has been offering first offer for westham which is having the same value as arsenal.

According to reliable sources, Declan Rice doesn't mind going to either Arsenal or Manchester City, what would decide the club he moves to is how talks progress between West Ham and the two clubs respectively. Arsenal have sent two bids to West Ham which have both been rejected, City are yet to make any official bid, but we know how strong they are financially; thus i'd not be surprised if City make just one bid to West Ham and it'd be accepted. The hierarchy at City know how to do good business and they might beat Arsenal to the signing of Declan Rice, just as they did to them to win the EPL title last season.

Well, so many speculations of Westham Midfielder Declan Rice. In my own view, he'll be a better signing for Arsenal or Manchester United including Chelsea. Manchester City has Rodri and also Kalvin Philips who joined from Leeds United last season. There'll obviously be no chance or enough space for him to play. I mean enough game time.

With the absence of Thomas Partey soon, he'll serve as the potential pivot for Arsenal. For Chelsea, if the deal between Caicedo and Chelsea sinks, Rice can be a good partner in midfied with Enzo Fernandez and whoever they have to play the attacking midfieder position.

I don't fancy him, but he has height and knows how to intercept and tackle very well, but if Erik Ten Hag wants him, who the hell am I? Lol. I'd champion a move for France international Rabiot over Rice.

This is just my personal opinion, with Todd Boehly's decision to recruit Mauricio Pochettino as Coach and Chris Nkunku from Leipzig, then sell Kai Havertz to Arsenal, Kalidou Koulibaly to Al Hilal, Eddie Mendy to Al Ahli, Hakim Ziech to Al Nassr, Matthew Kovacich to Manchester City, and Mason Mount to Manchester United. Will the forerunner of Chelsea not be able to get up next season, the main pillars of the team are all replaced, new players who have minimal contribution and are difficult to connect with each other should be sold. no matter what the players being sold are connected to each other, it's just that the coach wasn't quite right last season.

Will this make Chelsea regret again when they released core and good players, for example M. Salah and Kevin De Bruyne have not played well after being brought in after being sold to Man city and Liverpool. I can't blame Arsenal for the Declan Rice and Mudryk situation.
For Mudryk, he was just not worth what Shakhtar Donetsk were asking. There was no way in hell any club in Europe other than Chelsea would have bought Mudryk for about 90million. That's crazy. His market value was around 45 million but Arsenal were willing to offer around 60 million and I feel that's a fair offer. That was very bad business from Chelsea.
Manchester City are not known for bad deals but they might be making one if they go ahead and sign Declan Rice for anything higher than 80 million (he's not even worth up to that by the way) because they still have Rodri who is currently the best DM in Europe right now and the have Phillips are a back up. Rice, as good as he may be is a totally unnecessary signing for City.

Indeed the price tag was much but mudryk as at then worth the amount. Arsenal really needed him but they just couldn't pay for him.  I wouldn't say they left the deal because he didn't worth it.  They are successful cases like that which concerns clubs like Manchester city,  Manchester united, Liverpool and Chelsea. Checking the market value of premier league teams and I can see Chelsea is one of the most expensive teams there while they have many expensive players and Chelsea got many players for this teams with high salaries in the end they couldn't even get the ticket for the champions league and even the ticket for the Europa League.

You know sometimes its not just about spending so much money on players, its all about getting the right players, Chelsea wasted lots of money on players that those really worth it, or maybe they are not just ready to play for the club, most of them were just playing individual game, no teamwork between them. See the way Arsenal players were playing, most of them are young players, but from their performance you will see that they are really ready to play for the team. What Chelsea needs now are players that are dedicated to work for the club, its not about spending lots of money and at the end their wont be any result.

Wondering how Mauricio Pochettino wants to rebuild this team and save them from the situation they have.

The easiest way which Mauricio Pochettino can rebuild the club is buy flushing out most of the players in Chelsea squad, since we already know the players that are really useless in the team, then replacing them with new players which are really determined to play for the club. I think that's the easiest way to rebuild Chelsea back.

Nunez may not even be remotely close to Haaland, but I agree that the team plays a big role in there. If Nunez played for City and Haaland played for Liverpool, I think we would see Haaland score less and Nunez score more. Would Haaland still score more than Nunez? Maybe, maybe not.

But, we know that he would score less than he scored at City, that's the point. This is why we need to wait and see how Nunez does next season and hope that Liverpool does better. Because they did badly this year, the whole team was abd, from goalkeeper to defenders to midfield to striker. Man City have agreed to sign Kovacic recently and there are talks about signing Rice too. Personally, I'm not sure why they need Rice because of Pep anything can happen. If City really wants him, then they should buy him. From my understanding, they don't need Rice at the moment since they already have Rodri who is an excellent defensive midfielder. It doesn't make sense to spend on him big money just for a backup player. Though, Rice could be a good backup option in case both Rodri and Kovacic get injured. Regardless, playing for City is a dream for any player.

Liverpool doesn't appear to in outstanding shape and you expect the players to perform at their best? Of course not, with the likes of Trent Alexander Arnold, Mohammed Salah, the overhyped Darwin Nunez, and the newly signed players, most Liverpool players underperformed this season. Jurgen Klopp will identify his team's shortcomings and work to strengthen them in preparation for the upcoming season's struggle against City. Darwin Nunez is nowhere near Erling Haaland in terms of goal scoring and the potential qualities he possesses on the field; he's such a superb player who knows how to position himself in front of goal, despite missing numerous scoring opportunities.

It's not that easy guys, we know that Chelsea is currently in a pretty bad transition period. Pochettino only needs to focus on securing Chelsea from the standings, at least getting into the top 5 first. Speaking of players, of course that has already been done and if you know the sale of these players is considered a loss sale because the price when Chelsea was brought in was almost half of the current sales value.

During 7 seasons with Manchester City, Gundogan has scored 60 goals and 40 assists which of course makes him an irreplaceable player at Manchester City. Then his decision to still go to Barcelona became a strong reason that what he achieved in the Premier League needed to be engraved in the La Liga competition as well. Barcelona's condition so far has been very supportive especially since Gundogan existence is very important in order to sharpen the attack.

@shogun47 Gundugan is definitely a City legend and whatever he decides will be respected by the City fan’s and I’m sure that he’ll be welcome back if he decides to join them in any role. Furthermore I feel that he should join Barcelona and further cement his legacy as he’s an incredible player and then after a year or two he should join the Saudi league.

He has had an amazing career and was successful with all the clubs he played for, but his role in Machester City and also all the synergy with the players there, it was so amazing that I would have liked to see him play with all of them for one more year. Such a great midfield for Manchester City and he fit in perfectly. He deserved to play two more successful seasons with the Citizens and maybe even defend the treble. They can do it, but now without Gundogan. I doubt that Barcelona will win a lot in the next season.

Good luck to Gundugan in his new club Barcelona he had a fulfilled career in Man City with 14 trophies to his credit  five Premier League titles, one UCL trophy, two FA Cup trophies, four Carabao trophies and two Community Shields he had indeed serve the club very well Man City fans will surely miss their hardworking and efficient captain, I also like his idea of trying another challenge or adventure elsewhere after winning all the competitive trophies in his former club and fortunately he got a better offer from his new club where his wealth of experience will help the young players to become a better player.
