I don't see Manchester United as a team that will be comfortably among the top 4. They might be there but they will struggle to keep up.

Liverpool really mean business and they are giving Klopp the backing he needs. If they succeed in signing Osimhen then they will be a fearful team. With the right service Osimhen can score a lot of goals and they already have Salah who is a very good goal scorer. With Osimhen and Salah Liverpool will have two players that guarantee 25 league goals each a season.

The English Premier League title I think will be closely contested cone next season. Manchester City without doubt are the favorites to retain it but I think Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea would definitely bounce back come next season.
That been said, Manchester City already has a complete team that can challenge for the title while the rest of the big teams in England still need to strengthen some positions in their team. So I think the other team's performance next season will be hugely affected by how well they performed in the transfer market

It's true that Pep Guardiola is a great coach and although he missed Gundogan going to Barcelona, it seems that Guardiola is also ready to regenerate the Manchester City squad. Also, Kevin Trapp's age is no longer ideal to be Manchester United's main goalkeeper because after all, Kevin Trapp is currently only 32 years old. So yes, I am also sure that Manchester United will certainly not sign Kevin Trapp, because I think Manchester United are also certainly looking for a goalkeeper for the long term and not just for one or two seasons. But about Justin Bijlow, I think this could be a great option because after all, Justin Bijlow also succeeded at Feyenoord by winning titles and trophies in the Eredivisie last season. Left back position isn't really crucial, although Manchester City still don't have pure left back, but it's more easier to replace Cancelo's position. While Gundongan's position can only be replaced with Kevin De Bruyne, but Pep choose to let De Bruyne and Gundongan play at the same time, maybe it's more stronger and wouldn't completely depend on one player. If De Bruyne injured or he run out of his stamina, Pep need to find the solution. Maybe we will see Alvarez would play in central attacking midfielder?
