Maybe Chelsea feels that the existing squad is enough to make them compete for the EPL and CL champions, the success of getting the CL title seems make them confidet, but the new season will certainly have different results because the top teams continue to hunt for players to make their dreams teams. Chelsea had the best transfer last season and they have a better squad compared to that of Liverpool current squad so I see reason why Chelsea are silent in the transfer market, when you are European Champion it means you have a good squad to contest next season, Liverpool and Man utd failed last season so they needed to strengthen the team that's the reason both clubs are busy in the market, Chelsea and Man City are both after one good striker to kick start the season, Chelsea are going for Halaad while Man City are going for Kane. They both have a perfect team.

How about Ole at United I am waiting for a new coach there, he spent big money to buy player last season but without a title.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is very much ready for the session and I feel his passion for United is making him invest in big players making new signings ahead of the season with a combined effort with his vice chairman Ed Woodward who is also eager to bring home bigger trophies this season United should be top of the table

The main problem of the team is not even the head coach, because the mood in the team is very good. The main reason is that there are no strong players in the team to fight for the champion title, mostly middle-class players, strong players, but they are very far from the level of Manchester City.

I don't think Chelsea needs Erling Haaland at that huge price tag, he is a good player and can bring a difference to Chelsea attack this season but spending that much on him with some players rumored to be a part of swab deal is not a good deal. I feel they should go for the likes of Robert Lewandoski or Harry Keane if its possible.
Chelsea has a good experience coach that can lead them to premier league victory, they should utilize this transfer window before it closes to build a team no team would want to play against.

Haaland isn't worse than Kane or Lewandowski. And by the way Tottenham wants 180 million EUR I think for Kane. Haaland would definitely perfectly fit into the squad of Chelsea. He is exactly the puzzle piece that is missing for Chelsea. Now some will say he first has to confirm that he is a good striker for another season, but seriously there are players where you simply know that they will repeat their achievements of last season or even trump it. Haaland is one of those players in my opinion who is almost guaranteed going to deliver again and again. He is not dependent on his character like Balotelli and he is not dependent on having a particular good day, hardly injured.

Raphael Varane has a very good career. We can say that he is a very good transfer for Manchester United. The transfer fee can also be considered appropriate according to the player. According  to the Financial Fair play rules, Red Devils can now turn to sell players to avoid a financial deficit. Jadon Sancho and Varane will do well at United.

I don't think liverpool needs a New signing, they need new mental state, they were very luck to have been in the UEFA champions league spot, I think that's an encouragement for them, they still have some unused talented players who hasn't displayed, Thiago hasn't really replicated his skills at Baryern Munich in Liverpool, maybe a second season is the charm for him. That said I think the favorite team for me to win next seasons premier league is Chelsea, they have the hottest players in the league and the coach has manned the team up well.

Liverpool is actually a team that needs new signings going to the new season; they have lost Gini to PSG after he failed to sign a new contract; and they are very short and low on squad depth, which worsened their league form last season after few injuries and loss of form to key players.

For the next Premier league season, only Manchester city so far, has the depth and the squad to win the league title. Time will tell who the close contenders are

Yup that back line without VVD is weak.  But I don’t think they’re in the market for a center back which should worry Liverpool fans.  I think VVD isn’t that durable imho.  But dunno..  We’ll see how it goes.

Chelsea has the depth too.  They got the players now they got the manager.    Chelsea to win the EPL this season is at 5.7.  Not bad imo.

If deal is done then I think defensively Man Utd will fair better  the partnership duo of Maguire and Verane will be very Solid, well strengthened and stable this season, Verane is a world class and talented defender I believe he will bring his wealth of experience into the team just like Thiago Silva is doing in Chelsea, Man Utd will concede fewer goals this next if the two CB understand each other and as well cover for any lapses or errors committed by any one of them. I hope the two signings will improve the team defensively and will like to watch an improve Man Utd playing attacking football and well as dependable defenders covering DeGea from conceding many goals.

I mentioned this in another thread, it is not just Sterling, but their best creative force last season apart from KDB (Mahrez) who is still at he peak of his power. Sterling still young also Jesus. To give all of those in return for another striker who always gets injured does not seem like good business for them,,, but of course sounds good to me. As much as I love Kane, if he wants to go, he better.

Raphael Varane is a very talented defender. He is also doing a great job at Real Madrid.  Ramos and Raphael Varane have left Real Madrid together, the emptiness of these two players Real Madrid can feel very well. Their defense will be stronger with the inclusion of Manchester United's Raphael Varane in their squad. Hopefully they will be able to compete hard for the title next season.

In the end, Kane will most likely spend his time in Tottenham without winning any title at all lol. He is worth around minimum of 110 - 120 millions and Im pretty sure Manchester City will gladly sign him immediately if Tottenham decided to put that price tag on Harry Kane. Kane wants to go to another team to win the league and Tottenham will get a decent amount of money, its pretty much an ideal situation for both.

Well either way , Im actually glad that Manchester City cant sign him  . Manchester City could dominate the league if this move happens
