According to Report, Fulham Goalkeeper, Marcus Bettinelli have been transferred to Chelsea on a free transfer from Fulham. Having ended his contract with Fulham last season, he signed a two years deal with Chelsea, Marcus, spent last season at Middlesbrough on a loan transfer. He has also been sent on loan transfer's to Dartford in 2012, and Accrington in the year 2013. If he performance is great, I bet Chelsea will extend he contract. This will be he first time playing in a big team. And also in the Champion League.

He has a chance to participate in a big club, to enjoy the air in Champion League. Good for him and Chelsea don't lose any transfer fee for him. It's a win-win situation for both.

I think chelsea has made quite a big bet by signing Marcus Bettinelli as their goalkeeper, moreover Marcus Bettinelli's performance last season was not very good and that's the reason he has been on loan so far, I think chelsea should be able to get a better goalkeeper than Marcus Bettinelli to could be a competitor to Kepa and Mendy next season, honestly it looks like Marcus Bettinelli will be very difficult to compete with Mendy to be able to get the number 1 goalkeeper position for Chelsea and it looks like Marcus Bettinelli will only spend 2 seasons of his contract at Chelsea with sitting comfortably on the bench .

Perhaps Chelsea signed with Bettinelli because they can have a free transfer with him from Fullham. Kepa does not feel happy in Chelsea and he want to leave the club. I think Chelsea have a good decision to get an alternative goalkeeper, free of transfer cost. With Bettinelli, they at least have another substitution for Mendy, good enough in worst case when Kepa suddenly leaves the club and they won't have enough time to find another goalkeeper from the market.

It's certainly that Bettinelli can not fight for a second or first position among three goalkeepers of Chelsea.

To be honest, I didn't know Marcus Bettinelli, so I tried searching, it turned out that the goalkeeper was from Fulham. I don't agree with Bettinelli
as a quality signing, because the previous team Fulham kept on loaning Marcus Bettinelli to other clubs. Like Datford, Accrington Stanley
and Middlesbrough. This means that Fulham themselves do not entrust Marcus Bettinelli as the main goalkeeper, now Chelsea brought in
Marcus Bettinelli who ironically at Fulham was not used. Maybe Chelsea are just looking for a back-up goalkeeper, as a complement to
Homegrown players, but without the need to incur transfer fees. I believe Marcus Bettinelli will not get playing time at Chelsea, Marcus Bettinelli
should accept the offer that Aston Villa gave.

Don't understand why Chelsea signed Marcus Bettinelli, whereas in my view Edouard Mendy is Chelsea's best goalkeeper at the moment. If Bettinelli is for a third tier goalkeeper, then I think Chelsea is enough to use and maximize goalkeepers from their own academy like Lucas Bergstrom and I think that will suffice. Indeed, getting Bettinelli on a free agent but still, I think it's an exaggeration which I don't think Chelsea need.

On the contrary, in my opinion, Chelsea only spends money to recruit goalkeepers like Marcus Bettinelli, we know how his career so far has been more dominant in spending time only as a reserve goalkeeper for a team and has also been loaned out by Fulham all this time, for the record now the age of Marcus Bettinelli has entered 29 years and of course at his current age he has not had a single striking achievement to be called one of the best goalkeepers and the arrival of Bettinelli to chelsea in my opinion will not provide a strong competition for mendy to remain the main goalkeeper of chelsea this season, Chelsea currently have 2 goalkeepers namely Mendy and Kepa and Chelsea should trust their third goalkeeper to young players from their own academy rather than signing Bettinelli

They will be good but I am not sure they will manage to attack the title. I see them on position 3 or 4 at the end, they just don't have the constant City has. Livepool will also be much better this season with supporters i the stadium and Van Dijk back from injury. Chelsea is also signing some good players and they are for me the team which will fight neck to neck with united for 3rd position.

Seeing how Tuchel has Pep’s number, I think it’s Chelsea that’s challenging for the title.  I like Liverpool’s chances too but I think they’re going to continue to cool down esp with VVD just getting off injury.  We can’t be expecting peak Van Dijk of the bat after 9 months in the sidelines imho.

There is lot of time in transfer window and I am sure Konate wouldn't be the only transfer to secure this window. They know that their mid is quite weak with Wijnaldum leaving Liverpool so I am sure they would be surely looking for a strong midfielder and there are lot in market. At this point there is Saul and Pogba rumours going on and I think anyone out of both would be good signing in midfield area.

League race this time won't be that easy. Lot of teams are making good signings like Aston Villa, West Ham, Leicester and that is making the competition bit rough in my opinion, but lets see. Its not that far.. only two weeks left for new season to start.

I never really liked Kepa to begin with, it wouldn't really upset me if he left and didn't really play for a team at that level anymore. I still remember the time he was getting subbed and he declined it, like who the hell declines getting subbed? It is not something that you can decide, it is managers' decision and if you ignore it and keep on playing, that is going to make the manager not liked at all, not the same manager of course but still shows how Kepa is quite unprofessional and that is not cool at all.

I hope that Bettilenli will be a lot more professional and he is not a bad player neither, he is going to be defending that goal as well as Kepa at least if not more. Tuchel is a great manager as well, shame that he couldn't get FA cup, that would have ended the year so much better, 2 cups (champions league as the most important) and also a decent finish at league after starting so bad.

I don't think the player knows that he is in the ranks of United. He needs to be  running with the flow this year the only thing will get him those chances if Pogba gets sold this summer which is possible given his situation.

It looks like Chelsea are trying to sign Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde (22) who has a £68.4m release clause. He has a contract running until 2024. I wonder whether Chelsea will have to pay this release clause or they will reach an agreement with Sevilla for a much lower price.

Another greatly overpriced player, in my opinion. He is very young, has not demonstrated much yet he gets a 68.4m release clause. He only saw two major European leagues, La Liga and Ligue 1 and therefore I would not value him more than 30m, which is already a very high figure to me.
It is true that these transfers are being made to cover some washing activities, otherwise I do not understand why they could happen.

I agree with you on that he is an overpriced player. But in football, teams pay incredibly high transfer fees for nearly every player. I didn't even hear Kounde's name until we started hearing about transfer rumours about him. As he is still very young, he can surprise me and develop more. But the situation is as I said.

There can never be two three kings in one kingdom, either someone is going to rot on the bench or they could be planning to dispose of one of the keepers with time. I think Kepa's time at Chelsea might be running out. He was so error-prone as compared to Mendy's performance.

He wasnt really kept out but he was injured. He had like two injuries in 2021 with only few matches of playtime with quite a dissapointing result on the matches so and he was not cut out to replace any of the current midfielder

I dont really think so. Solskjaer will probably move McTominay to fill that position or Bruno then put Sancho a little bit forward to fill that gap. I honestly think Van de Beek has what it takes to be on the starting lineup this season but Solskjaer's strategy is pretty weird sometimes. He is a good box to box midfielder but Solskjaer probably will favour other player

Van de Beek is an example of those players that had the wrong Manager, he was sensational at Ajax, so was many other of his team mate at Ajax who left and are doing well. I think ole has giving him his chance even is it's sparsely, but he never made any debate that manchester united are doing a great mistake by leaving him on the bench, let's take for example Kelechi iheanacho of Leicester city who was on the bench for so long, but when giving his chance he took it and since then he has become the coach favorite, the job isn't easy for the coaches, they can only Field eleven players so some one's feeling has to be hurt by them sitting on the bench, but if they prove to the coach why he should do other wise then they might be having more time on the field than the bench.

De Beek deserves playing time, Paul pogba despite been the best player in Manchester United has been disrespectful to the  club on several occasions, it's high time Manchester United part ways with him.
Van de Beek has shown eagerness wanting to play i am also seeing a lot of playing time for him these season.

He is not just the best goal keeper in Manchester city history but for the entire premier league history he happens to be one of the best. I think the Brazilian keeper has earned himself a good contract ahead of the premier league after recorded 19 clean sheets over the course of the 2020/21 top-flight campaign, retaining the Premier League Golden Glove in the process.

Yes, the season is going to be interesting and unpredictable, and Manchester United with the transfers of Sancho and Varane also looks like a very real contender for the title. At least, Solskjaer is happy that these deals have already been settled and it's time for Manchester United to claim some title this season. As for Chelsea and its claims to the championship, the situation is not completely clear, because to win the title you need to win against more opponents than in the cup system of the decisive matches of the Champions League. I think that this season Liverpool should show their championship ambitions after a disastrous season.

Sure it will be interesting to see maguire and varane in man united defense but varane need to be focused this season and not repeat the mistakes he did with real madrid which had an impact on the results in many games i think if we see the varane of his debute with real madrid then man united can be a title contender with good players in the midfield and the attack next season premiere league will be on fire.

Ever since Ederson arrived at Manchester City in 2017, he have been really helpful to the club. Manchester city took a good step by extenting he contract. He have kept 95 clean sheets in 192 appearances in Manchester City, and I think he will do more greatly for the team.
