Definitely. Clubs too often sack the manager after a few bad results, and then have to start again with a completely new manager. Simple continuity can have huge benefits, and is really under-rated. Whenever a new manager is brought in anywhere, they inherit the previous manager's team, so they have to start rebuilding the team to suit their own desires... which often means a lot of new faces, and some ill-feeling in the dressing room about old friends being let go... and when the newly put together team doesn't click instantly, the manager is sacked, and the whole process begins again.

I would say since Manchester City have unfortunately dropped out of the Champions League. Now their only goal is to secure the Premier League title. They are at the top of the table. And this they will continue to try to strengthen their position. City are just 1 point ahead of Liverpool. And so if they want to secure the title then Manchester City will have to ensure victory in all the upcoming matches. Otherwise, Manchester City will lose the Premier League title as well as the Champions League title.

This is their advantage to focus on only one competition remaining, and they will be able to maintain a 1 point advantage or even more if their competitors lose because Liverpool still have a busy schedule.
City's last four matches will only be against average teams so it's very possible for them to a clean sheet.

Arsenal needs to make some changes in the squad if they actually want to compete at the best with the best. we have seen that whenever they are facing games from the top like Manchester City, or Liverpool they can be almost counted as an underdog in those matches.  and they really don't play well in those matches. 
but with some changes in the squad, that team is going to play more aggressively and that is going to help them in the long run.

Arteta extending his contract with Arsenal is good news for them because I believe he is going to do what's best for the club.

Arsenal needs to make some changes in the squad if they actually want to compete at the best with the best. we have seen that whenever they are facing games from the top like Manchester City, or Liverpool they can be almost counted as an underdog in those matches.  and they really don't play well in those matches.  
but with some changes in the squad, that team is going to play more aggressively and that is going to help them in the long run.

If Arsenal eventually qualify for next season UCL they will definitely sign new players to compliment the existing ones, Lacazette is likely leaving for new club thus Arsenal needed to sign a quality striker with Nketiah as an option, while their midfield needed some strengthening with Xhaka, Partey and Elneney as the only reliable midfielders injury to two of them is always a disaster to the club Lokonga is not experience enough to play EPL.

In my personal opinion, maybe Newcastle will be a serious threat to Manchester city, because the current Newcastle defense is very promising, it was proven in the previous match against Liferpol, Newcastle only conceded one goal, not only a solid defense but the Newcastle goalkeeper is now performing very brilliantly, indeed on paper Manchester city is superior to Newcastle, but Manchester must be careful with Newcastle's current performance, they must not say they want to make Newcastle a victim of their impingement because they were eliminated in the champions league, Newcastle is now different from Newcastle before.

Since Guardiola's only goal at the moment is the Premier League. And the opponents are relatively weak in their upcoming matches. On the other hand, the main goal of Liverpool is the Champions League. Their opponents in the Premier League are also quite strong. Newcastle's performance now is indeed very good apart from their defeat to Liverpool last week of course the performance is very good and indeed this could be a threat for City later.
but indeed this will only be limited to threats and still City will win in my opinion now.
