I don't know how many people will see this, but let me tell us the problem with Manchester United since Ferguson left.

In programming, we have Front-end programmers and Back-end programmers. Then we have Full stack programmers. A full stack programmer is a back-end programmer + a front-end programmer.

In Manchester United, what happens in the field and what we see in television is front-end while what the board does is back-end.
Sir Alex was a full stack coach, which means he knows what happens at both front and back-end. Then other coaches only have knowledge of the front-end. And it is the back-end that drives the front-end. So, that is the reason the coaches weren't doing well.

I'm not sure if your analogy is correct, but judging by what they write in the news, Eric Ten Hag will be a coach very similar to Ferguson in terms of power. He will be directly involved in the implementation of transfers and other managerial decisions, so if this was the problem at United, then it turns out that next season will be better as it is at least partially solved.

Comparing Manchester United's current condition to that of Ferguson's tenure is the same as not wanting to accept reality, and that's the attitude of supporters who are new to Manchester United or are new to football.

I don't think they're comparing the success that Ferguson had during his time in charge, but they want the trail to not completely disappear. We know since Ferguson decided to leave Manchester United it was like losing the captain and it was a disappointment for his supporters. I think it's good as motivation to manage this team.

Everyone has to realize that it takes time to build up a team that will actually play competitively and ends at least in the top 4.

It doesnt mean that fans are expecting the team to actually win the Premier League next season but if we actually could win then I dont see whats wrong with that. Sincerely, Manchester United needs to sign a proper right back this summer and a good center back, that's when I can say the bar is going to be high. Exactly new coach give new hope for Manchester United on next season but can't guarantee they will success lead as top standing on Primer League next season. Almost all manager arrived after Sir Alex Ferguson out never success bring Manchester United on top glory, only with Jose Mourinho success on UEFA Europe League and other from David Moyes, Louis van Gaal, Ole Gunnar Solskjær and Ralf Ragnick can't give any trophies for Manchester United. Not any potential manager arrived on Manchester United success get good dreaming when still have Sir Alex Ferguson.

The situation at Manchester United is somehow irredeemable but hopefully with the proper support of the board given to Erik Ten Hag, things will be different with his era because prior to this time, every new manager that comes to Manchester United give the fans glimmer of hope but it vanishes within a short time. Theoretically, teams lower in the standings also have a chance to compete for the cup next season. But in fact, we will most likely see only Liverpool and Manchester City "fight" again, which, in my opinion, is not so interesting. I wish other teams could compete for the championship title too. One big problem with Chelsea currently is that they are lacking quality defenders in the team. Blues boss, Thomas Tuchel should set in proper scouts to monitor tough defenders, it's not all about signing those players that are trending. Like De Ligt which had an impressive performance in a single season, the next thing, Juventus hurry and sign the player. Now the player is struggling to fit in the game pattern of the old lady. Chelsea should go for defenders that are good not base on their single performance in a season, rather how long the defender can defend ball when under pressure.

As far as I know Chelsea cannot carry out any transfer activities this season including renewing players' contracts unless Chelsea have a new owner then the ban will be stopped. I can't imagine how Chelsea went through this season with all limitations they have no other choice Chelsea must be sold, so far I haven't heard of any negotiations.

I don't know how far the deal between Abramovich and the new owners went but without a new leader, the situation in Chelsea will remain chaotic. UK gov literally destroyed the team, seeing them staying in a CL spot this season was an achievement in its own after their performance drop.
So far there is rumours about Lukaku, Jorginho, Kante, Christensen and Alonso wanting to leave the club.

Juan Mata was almost absent last season. Paul Pogba could not give the desired performance. These two players and others were expected to contribute more to the team. Change will be good for both the club and the football players. Juan Mata and Paul Pogba need new challenges. An overhaul on the players will also be good for Manchester United.

Manchester United have lot of good players,they don't need to buy lot of good players but the coach have to install a good winning mentality in the squad, ten Hag didn't sign big money signing at Ajax but they played one of the best football in Europe, even going as far of reaching the uefa champions League semi final,but he need very big signings because the league is very competitive and Manchester United are down in form.

Yes, Man United actually has many quality or good players. Ten hag doesn't need to buy many new players, he just need to consider buying new players with some positions only. What they need to improve is on the attacking and midfield lines, these lines are lack of players. While for defense line, they have some players but lack of quality and consistency. So, they have some problems here, not only about the need of new players only, they need to improve the players' consistency besides the winning mentality. With the capability of Ten Hag, I am sure he can deal with these problems.
