I think getting into the top 4 next season is a reasonable target. With Tan Hag's achievements, I believe Manchester United will be able to reach the top 4 target. But this is also very important Manchester United management must be able to meet Tan Hag's request to buy several players who are potential and willing to work together.

Manchester United does not need a coach that build friendship,like the way Ole build with Paul pogba and Harry Maguire,what Manchester United needs is a discipline coach a coach that only knows hard work and love fitness program, players like Rashford,Antony martial,Juan Mata, Eric bailey did not do way for a long period because they lost motivation through lack of fitness. While the guys like Paul pogba,Harry Maguire, Bruno Fernandez were not consistent because Ole soljaer and Rangnick were not discipline enough for a Manchester United manager.

Newcastle United Quite active in the transfer market this season. they have plenty of money to bring in star players and some of the top players are on their list this season. However, the newcastle management move is very ambitious to start next season with a new face squad and is able to provide stiff competition at the top of the standings. Premier League competition next season will be more exciting than this season whether Manchester City dominance will collapse next season.

The only hope is that a lot of their strength has been multiple very skilful, agile players up front, swapping positions & playing intricate football. Maybe they lose a bit of that with Haaland as he’s all about strength, power & pace. Most teams defend very deep against City so maybe Haaland can’t be as effective as he was in Germany, i.e. no space to run into as lots of parked buses.

I’m just about starting to get over losing the CL final so hopefully LFC can sign a few top players to improve us. Darwin Nunez is being mentioned as a target if Mane leaves. I’d love to get Jude Bellingham too but he’d be very expensive.

They are always one of best candidates for Champions League title. They had some seasons in quarter, semi final rounds, and had one final match against Chelsea. They are strong and will have other chances there.

Maybe he meant about Milner not about Mane but I was surprised when @Sebas.tian said Milner is a talented midfielder, because Milner is no longer a talented player but a senior player or an old player who is already 36 years old. To be honest, maybe Liverpool are willing to extend his contract so that they still have respected players in the team, as a senior player of course Milner has an important role to maintain the harmony of the team to make it more solid. Because for a midfielder at that age to play in the Premier League is a tough job and that's why we see Milner playing as a substitute more often.

I think next season will be more competitive for premier league because some of teams such as Arsenal, Man Utd and Tottenham will rebuild their squad because want to competed with Man City and Liverpool for race title so it won't be easy for Man City to get the title and regarding their chance actually every season Man City is the favourite to get champion league trophy but until now their best achievement so far only went to final match on season 2020 but i'm sure for next season Guardiola primary target is to get this trophy besides premier league

Newcastle's new owners don't mind spending money on top players as part of building a team dreaded in England and Europe. But top players will think twice about joining Newcastle, because The Magpies are still absent in European competition. Newcastle are still targeting a number of names that will fill a number of lines to be brought to St.  James Park, the abundant funds that do not make Newcastle move to bring in players easy. A number of top players who are the target of Newcastle are difficult to bring in, Newcastle must find alternative ways to strengthen the team next season.
