Pochettino will do better as long as Todd will stay off from his managerial role. Outside players trying to adapt to new coaches and trying out the instructions from their new managers, Todd too have been a big problem for Chelsea with his consistent interference with the business of his coaches. Pochettino might not do as good as Pep or Arteta and Hag but if given a chance he might bring Chelsea to top four position at least qualifying them for the upper season CL and maybe winning the FA or Carabao cup.

He had big limitations in PSG due to the over crowded squad he had to manage but yet he managed to the French league even though the point difference used was just one. With more effort at Stamford bridge it will trigger better result and good points for Chelsea

This season Chelsea is having a very bad season by finishing in 12th place in the standings, Potter's coaching has had a very bad impact on the team, and the arrival of Lampard also in fact cannot make any changes. The importance of players in the back line for defense is very necessary for all clubs because of course they do not want to conced too many goals, which is why Arsenal need to have players to maintain their back line let alone play at UCL next season will certainly be very difficult to fight other great clubs, as well as Arsenal front lines are also needed by players who have good abilities especially young players will be better to play at Arsenal.

Arsenal, even though they only become runners -up this season, at least they have stayed for a long time at the top of the standings, that is why when at the end of the season they become less consistent because of fatigue and I think it needs young players and Arteta must overhaul their squad team to be better next season .

Yes, that's something they have to do, because they will be in a big and competitive competition, the English League and plus the Champions League. Like it or not, they must make improvements so that their squad is stronger and more solid to navigate the coming season. They have a good squad at the moment, but I think it's still lacking, especially when they start to look like they're dropping as the competition starts to come to a close. They will definitely experience a very busy schedule, so they must prepare for this in earnest. Main players and second tier players have to be equally good, because when the schedule is busy the players usually experience fatigue which in the end they have to rest.

Yep, I'm sure Arteta has thought about that. for now, he has homework to build his team stronger. in fact, Arteta could rotate Partey into defender. unfortunately, Arteta often ignores the available options when his team is experiencing some difficulties. proven, in the last two matches when Partey was rotated to become a full-back. he is able to play very well, even though we are well aware that their opponent is not a strong team. but at least, Partey can be an option for Arteta.
I also hope that Asenal releases a number of players who really cannot be relied on, some of them are Rob Holding, Fabio Vieiera.

Coach Mauricio Pochettino has a good track record in some of the top clubs in Europe including leading Tottenham to their first UEFA Champions League final. He is well experienced and can manage any player regardless of their influence or reputation. He has all the players he needs to succeed because Chelsea invested almost half a billion dollars last season in players. This season is one of Chelsea's worst and the coach has to do a lot of work to motivate the players and restructure the team for next season.

Chelsea's fans had a very disappointing season and they will be expecting the team to come back to its winning ways. I think the benchmark for coach Pochettino should be a top-four finish. Since the team is not playing in any European competition next season, they would have to focus on the EPL. But one of the difficult tasks currently is to encourage some players to remain in the club because some of them might not be comfortable not playing in the Champions league next season.

I must say that you just expressed my mind here, most times, it's not the changing of the coach that matters in clubs but finding a way to increase the psychological issue. Forget about the fact that many of those players playing for Chelsea have good profiles, they could be demoralised as well and have lack of true will, the club needs to get it right in the way of morale. Let them start believing in themselves as a team again, the lack of this is what many clubs are paying for unknowingly. Imagine at times, they will sack a coach and the same coach will be doing well elsewhere, so it's not about them.

Also, the introduction of new players is key here, and these players must know their objective, they need to excite the dull team and see if they can bridge the link.

Chelsea could always end up with firing or not signing back a lot of players but then use money to replace those players as well. I understand that it's not going to be simple to just expect them to be great after such a season, they spent so much and still couldn't do anything which is why a lot of people are expecting them to be terrible, but that doesn't mean that we are going to end up with anything bad or good, it's going to be just normal.

I know that it will not be too bad, and I know that it will be better than what we had this season, but I think even that requires a bit of change. First of all, they need to find an amazing coach, and then they need to not overspend like Arabian clubs, they need to find players that worth the money as well.
