Arsenal will appear with a different face and will appear to be stronger in the upcoming 2023/2024 season. Yesterday in the 2022/2023 season, Arsenal looked attractive from the start to almost the end of the Premier League competition. Next season will be a tough one for every team in the premier league because every team is signing quality players to their team. I don't think Arsenal will be dominant in the premier league as they did last season. They miss their chance to lift the premier league and I don't think they will have such an opportunity again

For next season I think Chelsea's goal is not to compete in the top 4 it's too have high expectations for Chelsea because we know with their condition in this season which is very chaotic obviously this will not be able to have high expectations when in the top 4 especially with almost all lines in the content of new players and new coaches having hopes for the top 4 is still very good but I don't have any expectations because the hope for Chelsea is clearly to improve their position so that it is not the same as this season.
At least being in the top 8 or even lower than that at least it is also still very good for Chelsea because wanting to reach the top 4 or wanting to compete in the title is clearly still too far away i think.

Why do you believe Chelsea has become power destitute to the point where you doubt their ability to compete with other teams? You haven't provided any reasons to support this claim. If the issue is money, Pochettino has the resources to build a formidable team. Chelsea has generated significant funds through player sales and acquisitions, amounting to approximately $200 million. Moreover, an additional $100 million has been allocated to secure the necessary players to kickstart their Premier League campaign. It's unfortunate that they will not participate in any European competitions, but I'm happy they still possess the strength to remain competitive in the Premier League.

Arsenal had problems with their defensive Midfield and Arteta recognized that by bringing in Havertz from Chelsea, I will love to see more players that will be coming to Arsenal to protect the position they have secured in the Champions League, who knows maybe by December, we would be celebrating Arsenal way among the teams that has the Champions League in their gallery.

Am not expecting Chelsea to even contest for the tittle next season, all I want from Chelsea is for them to end the season in a better position, if Chelsea can end the next season in top 3, then Pochettino have really tried. Pep Guardiola present as the manager will still make the team very strong and unbeatable easily for now. It’ll take time maybe for other teams to always find the lapses of the club in order to be able to penetrate them and win matches against them. I don’t know how much long Pep Guardiola will remain in Manchester City unless he wasn’t to become the new longest managers in premier league history, just as the likes of Alex Ferguson of Manchester United and Arsene Wenger of Arsenal which I doubt. He’s a great manager with a lot of experience and many teams will love to have him in their club. After few seasons, if he gets a good offer from another club, he might possibly leave and join them.

But various clubs are getting many financial backings from their owners as never before and Pep knows this too. Imagine Liverpool going for Mbappe? Agree with you, that Klopp is still a manager who is quite successful in gathering the team. Last season was a season that would be a valuable lesson for him because the crisis of the players who hit made the Reds must be kicked out of competition in the top four. Klopp is currently rebuilding a strong foundation for Liverpool. In midfield it is very complete but I suggest that Klopp bring an experienced defender because the defense sector has begun to weaken.

Despite being actively being on the selling side of the transfer window, one would think they have already sold most of their players but I'm surprised there's plenty more that might be shown the door. It's obvious that in the past, Chelsea signed players they didn't need. I already forgot Lukaku is a Chelsea player since 2021.

Liverpool finished the season with a lot of problems in the midfield area last year. This season, with the signings of Dominik Szoboszlai and Alexis Mac Allister, they have proven their willingness to solve this problem. I think Klopp will have a better squad this season and he will have no problems with rotation. Klopp is an important chance for Liverpool. They cannot easily give up on him. I think Klop will stay at Liverpool for a few more seasons. Also, I am sure that if he leaves Liverpool, he will be the number one managerial candidate for the Germany national team.
