Well, Mason Mount will wear renowned number 7 shirt for Manchester United. Whenever I see this number on the team's vibrant jerseys, CR7 naturally comes to mind. This iconic number holds a special and should be delivered to a player who has a proven track record and an absolute star on the field. Yes, Mount is talented player, but has not reached the level to earn it. It would be good idea to keep the jersey number unassigned until a truly deserving comes. Chelsea currently really need a reliable striker and if I choose this option I think this is the right choice.
Because the two clubs are mutually beneficial and need each other like now Chelsea need players like Vlahovic to strengthen Chelsea.
In the next season I am very confident that what Mauricio Pochettino has planned will bring Chelsea to rise from the bad.

I think Chelsea should forget Dusan Vlahovic because Juventus is getting closer to release him to PSG. Previously Chelsea and PSG had the opportunity to bring in Vlahovic but no agreement with Chelsea so PSG is the closest. For now Chelsea will look for other alternatives one of them Elye Wahi from Montpelier is included in the list , last season he scored 19 goals in 33 matches this attracting Chelsea attention and the price is also not too expensive.

Also since Chelsea sold many players and hired other players, I think this time needs some time in the next season.

This match has become mount's debut with manchester united. His performance is far from what i have expected before. Even though ETH was not using the best squads owner by MU but mount's performance is far from good in this match.
The first half is not yet ended. Im thinking all of mu fans are also waiting for this match as they will be able to watch mount's debut. My expectation was too big for him. Even though this is a friendly match but it can be a good match for judging his performance during the pre season.

It seemed to me that if mount is not worth his price. There is still lots of time for him to make improvement. Mount needs to adapt and build chemistry with another player in the club.
His debut it's not so amazing like what i have expected.

Zidane Iqbal was Manchester United's most outstanding player during last season pre-season but when the season kicked off, it was Garnacho that stole the spotlight. It just a friendly game whether Mason Mount did not perform to your expectations is not enough reason to conclude about him yet. The pre-season games most coaches and players do not take it seriously, they see it as an opportunity to prepare for the up-coming season, get some minutes, try some tactics and introduce new players to the team. When the season finally kicks off and he does not live up to your expectations then you're welcome to throw stones at him.

We sold flop players and now replacing them with quality and hurry players.. the old players will full of themselves because they didn't show any reason not to sell them, none of them could come up with any individual brilliance to win Chelsea games. I want Pochettino to kick off his era with back to back wins so he can build confidence in the new squad and use them effectively to win games. We shouldn't be settling for less as we'll get more disappointed doing exactly that.

Celsea should be challenging for the title next season and that's how they can get back the honor of the club. Chelsea isn't known for how they ended last season, they're known for winning. We aren't over expecting them to win the race but they should be in the conversation and be challenging other top clubs. It's better we're competing with the rest of the clubs then just settling for finishing top half of the table. . Pochettino isn't under any pressure but he should used this opportunity to mark his name in the premier league, this is his return and he should make use of the opportunity well.

It would have been a great start to Mason Mount in Manchester United if he was able to score in the first half. There were some chances in the game to score, but he could not. They will, the coach used today's game to warm the players up and discover some young players that can really do well in the major team of the club if given the chance to play. Perhaps the one that makes the most sense than Mbappe or Osimhen is Dusan Vlahovic and I totally agree with you. I didn't even think about that option and indeed at this time Chelsea are also very interested in being able to sign Dusan Vlahovic this summer. To be honest, I didn't know that today there was a pre-season match between Manchester United and Leeds, and if we look at the composition of the Red Devils, they are mostly filled with young academy players. I disagree with you that Manchester United cannot afford to sign Osimhen at the asking amount. In terms of football, there are always priorities and different options to fit in what you want. I think the beef between Mbappe and PSG is real. There have been several incidents in the last few months when Mbappe distances himself from the club officially. One time it was about some advertisement and he was unsatisfied with the presentation of it and he attacked the club in public right away. That would not happen if they had a great relationship. But now PSG is trying to keep the damage as low as possible because Mbappe cost a fortune over those years and yet they couldn't win the Champions League whereas Mbappe is trying to turn those negotiations into a piece of art that makes him even richer. It's crazy what he is demanding from both clubs at the same time.
