The Manchester derby is really not that fun to watch from my own point of view, because from the way things are going especially for the United side, they're not match for the Citizens at all, they can't even make it hard for Man City to get a goal. Manchester United lack so much in that team that even the coach Erik ten Hag can't find a way to figure out how to solve the problem.
 If Man UTD continue like this I feel the Manchester derby won't be that fun and exciting to watch rather it would be the North London derby (Arsenal vs Tottenham) that would be one of the biggest in the EPL, because to me Pep have conquered that bragging right, the Citizens owns Manchester.

Since the last few years the Manchester Derby has become less interesting, the tension in the game has begun to decrease due to the quality of Manchester United not being equal to the quality of Manchester City. Yesterday before the match started, it was predictable who would win the Derby this time, the results were in line with predictions. Even though Manchester United plays at their home ground, they are not the top team because their performance has been inconsistent so far.
I prefer watching the Arsenal vs Manchester City match because the match will produce excitement and tension that can provide enjoyment for the audience. The Manchester Derby is like the Turin Derby, only one team always dominates the Derby.

Compared to the last season, Manchester City's performance this season is very slow. Two very important midfield players are missing from the squad. Gundogan is out and De Bruyne is out with the squad due to injury. And this is why Manchester City is not able to show strong dominance this season like last season.

Yes, Man City performance is decreasing a bit, they no longer can play as consistent as in the previous season. From 10 matches they played in EPL, they already got 2 losses. It is quite surprising that they can be defeated by Wolves and Arsenal in the early of this season. Everyone must think Man City should win against them, Man City is the champion of EPL last season. But losing those 2 important midfielders (De Bruyne & Gundogan), makes Man City no longer as strong as previously. Moreover, when Man City was defeated by Wolves, Rodri was also unavailable due to injury problem. Well, Man City has a serious problem for the midfield line now.

City's performance against Manchester United was very composed. Guardiola knew Manchester United's weaknesses very well. And accordingly he developed his match strategy. So Manchester City won't have any problem to win this match. Manchester City won by 3-0

When they played against Man United, Rodri has returned from the injury. Man City midfield line becomes a bit stronger, meanwhile Man United has no Casemiro on their lineup. Losing Casemiro makes Man United midfield be weaker, so Man City attackers can be easier to destroy their defense. Man City really dominated the match, they won the ball possessions above 60%. Finally, Man City won the match with 3 goals, it was an easy match for Man City.

It may be a bit unfair to expect Manchester City to perform as superiorly as last season. They were a very good team in every sense last season and it is not easy for them to do this every season. There is a slight decline in terms of play in the team this season, but I think this is very normal. We are still at the beginning of the league and they do not need to push too much.

As they progress in the Champions League, they will show their opponents that they are a better team. I think they are in a bit of a recovery phase right now and will soon return to their dominant game like last season.

Aston Villa without doubt has been very impressive in the English Premier League since the start of the season but I don't see them as a serious contender for the league title and that's because of the quality of players in the club. Apart from the fact that they have a world class striker like Ollie Watkins who's been scoring goals for fun this season, they don't have the quality of players like the top four clubs in the league table to challenge for the league title.
With what we've seen so far this season, I think the battle for who wins the English Premier League title is between the top four teams in the league standings.

The revelation is agreeably Tottenham Hotspur. With their current standings, any slip in performance or a loss will put Manchester city or Arsenal on top. Arsenal's last game just put them on top of Manchester city because of goal difference. I think this premier league is one that more goals are needed to finish well and that's something Chelsea, Manchester United have a problem with.
One would easily think with the absence of Harry Kane, Tottenham would do worse, but in reality, they seemed to have fired up their average and performance to more than compensate for missing Harry.

Yes that's right. Aston Villa under Emery's tutelage has indeed made a lot of progress in their game, he has made Aston Villa appear strong to date, and made the EPL league tighter and more competitive. Apart from that, they are now in fifth place in the standings, but Aston Villa has performed well in the Conference League so far, they have not lost at all.

Indeed, Aston Villa is slowly making its way into the top four, but I don't think they are able to compete in the top four because the EPL league is still very long. I think their target this season is to play in the European league, maybe this is a realistic target.

Aston villa has been a project that has been developing for some seasons now, I am not surprised that they are at the level they are now. Since the time when Jack grealish was there I have noticed that the team has good substance, and every season there has been some considerable development, I love the way they attack and defense, Watkins has been a brilliant striker for them multiple seasons now and even having his English national team call up, Martinez their keeper has also been in brilliant form too hopefully they can still come to Europe next season .

To get 1 spot in the European zone, it is clear that Aston Villa has to work hard and try as much as possible to maintain its form. So far they are on the right track, while there are many doubts about them considering the tough competition with the best teams at the moment.

Unai Emery is like a bless to Aston villa, their performance this season is incredible and really Unai Emery mean what he said that champions league is the target, Aston villa are still maintaining their wins of 12 consecutive home Premier league.

I wouldn't say the MU game was too weak, rather Manchester City were just a pretty strong opponent. It could be said that Unai Emery is indeed a great coach who can make the depth of Aston Villa's squad more optimally utilized. Because we cannot ignore the fact that since the arrival of Unai Emery to the club we can see that Aston Villa can rise and become a better club and its strength is now taken into account by even strong clubs. But still a great coach must be supported by great players. But I was quite impressed with how Unai Emery coached Aston Villa. Tottenham actually proved that they haven't had many problems so far without Kane, I mean Son Heung-min has been a worthy replacement to help Tottenham win a lot of games. Son Heung-min has scored 8 goals and 1 assist in 10 matches currently, but overall Tottenham also have equally good players in various positions.

I think Son Heung-min will repeat his best season like the 2021-2022 season where at that time he scored 23 goals and 7 assists in 35 matches, it is really possible for him this season. Ange Postecoglou relies on him as a center forward, which is even better when James Maddison can also contribute a lot to the team. Tottenham, Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool will be competing fiercely for the title this season, I think this season is very good for them to compete until the end.

Man United have problems too difficult to be solved by Ten hag alone, the club owners are keeping a blind eye to the happenings for they are just interested in stuffs that will benefit their pockets. The owners are not sharing the same ideas as the sporting directors and that of the coach and his staffs.
Man United have lost confidence they had last season they can take this bad performance over the next games they play.
Pep has nor just conquered the bragging rights but has also conquered the whole premier league this season winning the league will not be another suprised outcome.

Nkethia put up an excellent performance in this match and should be commended for his efforts. Nkethia has previously demonstrated good performance despite constantly coming off the bench as a replacement. He just demonstrated to the manager that he is equally deserving of being in his starting eleven at any time to deliver the team. He was effective as a striker, scoring his first hat-trick in the Premier League. Congratulations to Tomiyasu on his first Arsenal goal; he has also been contributing to the team's success.

Two points separate Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur for the time being; if the point difference widens, it will be more difficult for them to narrow the gap and compete for the Premier League title. Tottenham Hotspur's performance has been constant and shows no signs of reducing; while they rise further, Arsenal must follow suit in order to increase their chances of winning the league title. Son has also demonstrated that Kane's departure will only strengthen them, and as the club's current captain, he is performing well to improve the team and compete for the Premier League title this season.
